“Very good pricing. Consistent communication & work ethic. Always a pleasure to get my vehicle back with a clean bill of health. Well, this part of my review starts on 8/7/2025. Took vehicle to get brake rotors & pads. Which they did in not only a timely fashion, but for a decent price. But like I've not seen from these boys yet, I was astonished at the curve ball they flung at upon pick up. I got in the truck after hearing yeah, all good, no problems & a lug nut is in the cup holder. Didn't have much thought of it then & there. Got home, looked at receipt, noticed mention of needing lugnut for right rear. Took a look, right rear , 5 of 6 lugs on. Keep in mind all 24 lugs take a special anti theft socket. So try to put the lug on stud & beyond stripped. Threads gone at least 5 threads deep. So, bottom lu e, Bill says oh yeah forgot to tell ya, also you need to get a lug nut. Not a lug like that to be found no where.on line, off line”

“HONEST shop with the best rates in town. Estimates are given up front, with no hidden fees or required 'tests' to try and find something wrong. Work was performed within the promised amount of time, honoring their initial estimate (new alternator). This shop also sources reliable parts as well. My daughter is a student at the local university (far from home) so it's rather calming for a father's brain to know there's someone reliable nearby she can take her vehicle to should another need arise. Definitely saving this place to my 'favorites'.”

“The transmission on my 2017 GMC 2500HD, 6.0 gasoline engine, failed at 55,000 miles. A friend recommended Do It Right Transmission, who did a rebuild on my unit along with an upgrade on the torque converter that will prevent recurrence. They did a great job on the rebuild and honored their initial quote.. Kevin Sensmeier (owner) and Ray Holden (service manager) do a great job of communicating during the repair and instill a great deal of confidence in their work. Highly recommend.”
