Our daughter attends college in Evansville. She called home because her windshield wiper broke while trying to clean ice from her windshield. We told her to head to O’Reilly’s and that they could help her get the right one and install it for her. (She has recently purchased a new battery here as well) The guy at the counter refused to install it for her because he said it was too cold. Not the customer service and definitely not the “gentleman” like the O’Reilly’s at home. Definitely sending her somewhere else for any further purchases.

Kenny helped me out tremendously when I needed a new car battery. He was very knowledgeable on the quality products and tools that OReilly offers. He even went the extra mile and installed the new battery for me. He mentioned he had been there a couple of years. I hope OReilly knows what an asset he is.

Don't waste your time going to Auto Zoo. (Yes I know it's really Auto Zone) those guys down there are arrogant and treat women like crap. This place doesn't hassle you unless you ask to be helped. Treat you with respect, and don't talk down to you. I'd much rather drive 1 mile more and come here instead. All respect here

Alright guys, I’m back again on a different account. Upon my purchase of the WOLO Loud Gas Horn 8 months ago and my previous review, I decided to get the HANDY HORN!!!!!! Oh boy is it very handy. Sometimes it’s handy in all the right ways. Whether it be when my girl is disobedient in bed and I need to get her snappy attention, or when my kid is misbehaving, the HANDY HORN IS SO HANDY!!!!!!!!! The fruity salesman is still present and oh boy is he still just my favorite 😍Props to fruity mcgee for the prompt sales of the HANDY HORN!!!!!!

Found tool I was looking for. Tried to pay with a debt card. The cashier couldn't get it to take. I checked the card, and it does have a credit balance. ???? I would suggest only pay with cash here.
