They don’t check their hot coffee dispenser if its empty and it takes too long to refill.

Food and breads are good. Love the chocolate croissants! The coffee is not very good. Save your money and go to Starbucks. I got a hot mocha and it had so much chocolate on it and was so sweet it about made me sick. Sweeter than any hot cocoa I've ever had. Wife had a vanilla latte and could barely tell there was coffee in it due to being so weak.

The stingiest Panera I have ever visited. The sandwiches contained very little meat and scant toppings. I had a turkey avocado BLT and could not find the avocado on it. My wife had a steak & garlic aioli that looked like two pieces of bread stuck together. We will be very reluctant to visit this site again.

I first went to wash my hands to men’s bathroom. My first impression is I might be in a bad part of town. The sink has not been washed or wiped for weeks. Than I started looking closely to other areas. There are plenty of people working but I call it pretending. There is no one who owns this business. Next to me what looks like a regional manager talking to the store manager lady. I was hopping he would go and check the bathroom.Disaster all around.

I recently visited Panera Bread and found it to be a clean and modern establishment with a typical menu. While prices were a bit high for the portions, my order was made in a timely manner, and the food tasted fresh. The bakery section seemed lacking, perhaps indicating a shift in popularity towards salads and sandwiches. The overall cleanliness and service were satisfactory, with handicap accessible facilities. Despite the pricing, the fantastic flavor combinations in their soups, salads, and sandwiches stood out as a highlight of the dining experience.

We stood in line, the ONLY ONES IN LINE, for 30 minutes. The staff saw us & IGNORED us. This is one of THE WORST PLACES TO EAT. AVOID IT AT ALL COST.Kid-friendliness: I would NOT take my children here.Wheelchair accessibility: This place was NOT wheelchair accessible either.

This is a great place to get a cup of coffee and a pastry. Service is so so. Half the workers are chit chatting not paying attention to the customers, but once you get the food all is good.

Dined here with a family member who really wanted to eat here. I myself had not been here in nearly 20 years and my meal today reminded me why. I ordered the broccoli macaroni as my meal. For $9.99 I was served a half sized bowl of warmed up noodles with a side piece of bread. I can’t say it wasn’t good or bad as it really didn’t have any flavor. This place just isn’t my jive, but lots of other people really seam to enjoy it.

The food was good, but there were 2 of us. We each had a bowl of soup and a large tea. With tip it was almost $30. I think it has become way overpriced.

The food is fantastic! They have amazing flavor combinations here in their soups, salads, and sandwiches. Handicap accessible parking and entrances.
