“I had a script sent there instead of closer to me. I had to go inside to pick it up. There was about 5 in front of me. It went a lot faster than I expected. They asked you name and repeat the prescription(s)ask if you have any question they had my insurance on file and off I went. I went to pay but used my Good RX Card and saved $70! I paid a third less than what insurance copay is. Most pharmacies will take them. CVS and Walmart I know do. Not sure about the other pharmacies. Worth checking into my copay went from $117 to $38 with Good RX! 90 day supply.”

I never see a cashier.And you can only use self check out and you can't use the gift cards at self check out for some reason. So I have lost hundreds of dollars because I can't use these cards.And after a couple of years I lose them. Don't go here if you're going to use gift cards.”

“This review is for their fuel station only. This Sam's location has easy access off a main road, namely Virginia Street, making it convenient. Unlike other locations this one has only a single pump in each lane but they do have 12 lanes available. I did see multiple people using the "wrong" side and stretching the hose to fit their caps on the opposite side of their vehicles with no problem. The lines seemed to be moving rather quickly probably because of the single pump per lane. In other words, I didn't have to wait for two people to fill up and move on. The lines were not overflowing like at my home Sam's in Greenwood.Today's fuel price was $3.17 for regular which was 16 cents cheaper than the gas stations across the street. One thing I do wish for is a faster processing on the screens. The screens on the pumps seem to be slow or hesitating more than other fuel stations of other brands.”

“We live a half a block from this location. It is clean and the store employees are polite. However, this VERY HIGH review is directed toward the pharmacy staff. My Wife and I have been blessed with good health and only have one prescribed medicine each that we need. We switched from a competitor to Walgreens at this location years back when it opened. The pharmacy staff seldom changes and we are blessed to have them! They can answer any question you could ask about your prescription! They do a fantastic job and we think they are AWESOME!!”

“Since switching from CVS Pharmacy to Genoa Pharmacy, my experience has been fantastic. The team is incredibly kind and professional, always ensuring your prescriptions are filled quickly and efficiently. They also take the extra step of automatically scheduling refills for medications due later. This means I no longer have to worry about remembering to call for refills. Plus, when my medication is ready, they give me a call to let me know it’s available for pickup. Even though their hours of operation can be a little bit of an inconvenience at times, I would much rather deal with that little bit of inconvenience then to go back to CVS and have to deal with them and their unprofessionalism. I highly recommend Genoa Pharmacy—they truly go above and beyond, and I believe you'll be very pleased with their service!”
