Pink is the best nail place! Nikki, Alex, and the staff are awesome!! My daughter and granddaughter also love Pink nails. My 9yr old granddaughter wants to comment:pink nails is also kid friendly I got a cute pedi! They have lots of colors to chose from ❤️

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon. I went in for an acrylic fill and this woman immediately insulted me saying I need a new set soon (this was only the 2nd fill of a new set) and then was cutting down my growth and asked if I liked the length on my pinky, I agreed and she proceeded to cut down every other finger nail to my finger tip. I have stubs for acrylic nails now with one long pinky. And they’re at least a 1/4” thick. She nicked me multiple times during the process where I reacted viscerally, with no apologies. I asked for square square and she rounded my edges. When she was done filing and ready to paint, she did not have me wash my hands to get off the debris, and just started painting them. When my gel polish was dry she asked me to go wash my hands and when I came back there was someone new in my seat and they had placed my purse at the front desk. I left there fuming and she had the audacity to say come back in 2 weeks. $50 for the worst service I’ve had in 18 years of having acrylics.

If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would’ve chosen! Went in for a pedicure and had the absolute worst experience, never got asked what kind of pedicure I wanted and they weren’t busy whatsoever also the lady rushed through the whole thing and missed majority of the steps such as scrubbing my feet, massage, lotion etc. I also left with a bleeding toe that she wouldn’t stop digging in after me telling her multiple times it hurts. Don’t recommend unless you like a terrible job and feet that hurt when you leave.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is unprofessional and rude. My mom and I were waiting to get our nails and toes done. They decided to take a client that came in after us. And wouldn’t let me look at the nail colors. If you are of any black descent they will racially discriminate you at this nail salon.

If I could give more stars than five, I would. Been going here for over 10 years, and they are absolutely fabulous. They are professional, they are thorough, I am always pleased with my experience and how my nails turn out. My daughter even likes to make sure when she comes in from Indianapolis that we go here so she can have her nails done while she’s visiting. Nikki and Alex have a wonderful establishment. First class all the way. !!!

I have been here many times before and had good experiences. Today was terrible. My husband booked me a mani pedi as a gift. The pedi was insanely rushed and they were not as busy as usual. My manicure experience left me in tears. I asked for a gel mani. I had a nail that had ripped and was really short compared to the others. The lady very poorly explained if she uses hard gel she could lengthen that nail. Ok fine. Instead of doing just that one, she ended up doing 8 of 10 that way. I should have said something but first time getting that so didn’t know what to expect. Once I realized they were going to be longer I went ahead and asked if I could change the nude color I picked (so the short nail would blend in) to pink French tips, same pink as my toes. She said yes. She ended up doing white French tip. At this point I’m just feeling defeated and want to get out of there. My thumbs look like scoop shovels and many places of the tips is totally uneven. Left my fingers a complete mess. Then I got charged for a full set after just wanting normal gel. Now trying to figure out how to at minimum fix my thumbs because my husband is $120 in the hole for this

I wish I could give this place a zero because their customer service and common decency are the worst I have ever witnessed. They are self serving, mannerless, crude, smart asses;that could care less about their customer's satisfaction or feelings. I have been doing this for most of my life and I swear I have never experienced such a lack of common courtesy! This company should never be allowed to be in customer service of any capacity!

I question the cleanliness. both my mother and I have gotten nail beds infections. Another of my friends has had the same happen to her. My nail is now completely ruined and will never be the same.

I Enjoyed My Experience Here. Staff Was Nice. Ann Did My Nails & She Got Me Out Of There Before My Appointment ? There Is No Public Wifi & My Phone Stopped Working The Further I Got Away From The Door.

TK was really nice & helped me out getting hard gel instead of acrylic or dip because my nails were in poor condition. Hoping to give them a break and grow out. The pedicure from different tech was nice too!
