Oh my goodness! Troy and Ashley at the Public Storage on Mesker Park Drive in Evansville were amazing!! We rented a small storage space for just a month and Troy made the process so easy for us. And then we moved from one parking space to a larger one and Troy and Ashley took all the time we needed to discuss our options, what payments would be, etc (and there were A LOT of variables in this move based on the time of the month we moved!) They both were so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient—definite assets to Public Storage. In my book, customer service is just as important as the product and Troy and Ashley provided SUPERIOR customer service. They are keepers! 😊

My husband and I are very happy with Public Storage on Mesker Park Drive. Troy is unfailingly friendly and helpful. He has addressed our requests and concerns efficiently, when we wished ro move our camper from one site to another, when we needed temporary storage for our pickup truck while we were away, and when we were dismayed to find our rate rose unexpectedly. I'd recommend Public Storage at this location to anyone!

This is a great storage facility. I booked it online and received a call from the property manager letting me know the process. I went to the property and I had trouble with the lock, I have never rented a unit before so I was confused on how to get the lock on. I went to the office and the property manager, Troy , was so kind and helpful. He went to the unit and showed me how to work the lock and answered all my questions. Troy is very professional and courteous and provides excellent customer service. Great property and amazing property manager!

Safe and clean location! We rented an indoor unit and never had difficulty accessing the unit. Upon leaving, I received a follow-up call from Troy, ensuring my experience was good.

This is my first time with Public storage and Troy helped me with ease. I had used the automated sign up, but the spot was bad spot for me and he switched me over and gave the best customer service that you can get. He is a top notch employee! I will keep my business at Public Storage for sure.
