I used SROA for almost a year. The app is easy to use. Management is easy to work with and they're very helpful. They don't raise their rates like other storage places, and the prices are reasonable. I would use them again.

ISSUE NOW RESOLVED THANK YOU.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️?
Here is what I experienced. There were gate issues the last week my things were there. I asked for an extension while it was still Red Dot and was granted a few more days due to gate issues. Then had more gate issues trying to remove my stuff. I asked SROA for an extension due to ongoing gate issues.
The gate would not open for several days! Now that SROA has switched my account over from a closed Red Dot account sending out bills when I am no longer utilizing the unit. I even swept the place out upon removal of all my items.
My review for Red Dot was even switched over. I truly hope everything gets fixed with the gate and new company and that they prosper in the years ahead.

False advertisement. They do not have a gated entry, they do not have surveillance cameras, they do not have a secure facility smh the gate has been broken for months, camera wires cut, and several units broken in to, and they won't do anything to fix it. They have raised the prices and make you pay for protection on your belongings just to tell you that you are SOL when you report a break in. This place is a joke and has gone so far down hill, just a matter of time before they close.

We were happy with your storage company when we first signed on with you,MANY YEARS AGO. We
have been good custumers
all these years, only late once when my debit card was stolen and I had to get it replaced. Then you started raising our rental fee!! Over and over! We let it go even when you raised it to $130 for a 10x25 unit bcuz that still was average in this area and it would have been a hassle to move as my husband and I are in our mid-70's and both in poor health, but when I found out you had raised it to $250/mo,I'm outraged. My husband said he told me,but I don't remember that. I think when you jumped to $130 and we kept paying it you believed you could get away with doubling that and more,or thought we would just not pay and you could auction our property.
I paid for month of May and we will be moving before June. Shame on you for trying to price gouge
senior citizens! Plus you are losing responsible, dependable customers. I wouldn't recommend your company at all to someone who plans on long-time rental!
You people are crooks!!
Also very difficult to speak to a live person, you only have recordings!!

I will filing a lawsuit. Do not use this storage. I repeat do not!!!! My unit was broken into and they reorganized everything and closed the door back like nothing happened. Inside job, inside job. I am waiting for the police to subpoena the footage. If footage is not found showing the thieves I will have the FBI do a full internal investigation. Insurance only covers $2,000. Over $15,000 worth of things were stolen from me. So many reviews about things being stolen. I know I was watched from someone who has camera access!!! This is not over.

DO NOT RENT - I rented a unit in Evansville, In. it was all electronic and no person onsite. I was forced to use their insurance company upon rental. Several months ago my unit was broken into and most everything was taken in a grab and go. Several if not all units in our row was broken into. I talked with one renter onsite who informed me the gate had been opened and not working for over a week and anyone could come and go. I completed the move out instructions two months ago and they are still billing me monthly. I have called 3 times letting them know. Each time I am informed the onsite manager has not closed out my unit. What onsite manager? So if he takes months to do his job you expect me to keep paying for the unit? Insurance company is non responsive. Online only with an automated form to fill out with no one to assist. I have sent three emails asking for someone to call me with no response. Every few weeks I receive an automated email asking for the forms that I need assistance with.If you are going to rent a storage unit I strongly suggest you rent one with a company that has a person onsite and choose your own insurance company.

I was on a major budget and they fit the bill. That being said.... the customer service is terrible. I get constantly harassed about my parking spot cause I only store my trailer in the winter. They are literally threatening to cancel all.of my account with them if I don't remove that spot or store my trailer. Personally of ur getting my 30 bucks for that spot just shut up and take my money. There are 6 other companies around I can Pay instead. Also yes I will be moving soon. It's just a damn hassle and I'm irritated by this whole thing. For over a week they left the main gate open too so any ofy could just stroll on. I have hundreds on dollars of stuff in my spot. It's chained up but still come on.

If I could give -5 stars I would, not only did I get robbed after only 1 month of renting, but when I filed a claim to the insurance THEY OFFERED they said since there was no lock that the thief left behind ir damages to the unit they won't cover it.
