Trash all over the place at this facility needs some tidying up for sure says open 24/7 but closes at 7pm wth needed to get my swim suit from storage since I'm staying at hotel up the road but couldn't get in not cool switch the 24/7 slogan on yalls website because y'all are obviously not open 24/7

Rocky start! No local rep so at 9pm we're at the gate with trucks full & ready to unld but the gate code doesn't work. The 24/7 text Help line is automated & only provided the gate code which we already had. 10 hours later I still have no access to the unit we paid for along with a $20 non refundable admin fee!

We won a unit on storage auctions and ppl that we talked to we nice and friendly. And I needed another day cleaning it out and they gave me another day with no problems.

The storage unit is fine. It was very difficult to open the first time though.The touchscreen kiosk inside the building doesn’t work.My code to access the gate STILL doesn’t work. I’ve had the unit for over a week.

Injured myself pretty badly due to odd pavement at the facility. They or not kept up making them overpriced. The facility is dangerous you literally trying to move things and not fall into a hole.
