Not only are my Red Wing boots the best boots I’ve ever had by far, but the employee service is amazing!
Not only are they all super helpful and efficient when it comes to the actual boots/shoes themselves, but just today a wonderful employee named Sebastian was kind and willing to help jumpstart my truck that died in the parking lot. I’m incredibly appreciative!
All around great service! Both in and out of the store.

I had an excellent experience at the Red Wing store in Evansville. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was fitted properly and found the right pair of boots for my needs. The quality of the boots speaks for itself, but what really stood out was the level of customer service—friendly, patient, and professional. You can tell they truly care about their customers and stand behind their products. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for durable, high-quality footwear

I purchased boots from this store with the understanding that I had a 30 day return if anything went wrong and a year of insurance to replace my boots if damaged. I purchased a more expensive boot with a thick toe because I needed that for the job I was doing. Lo and behold barely a month later the toe split open, I took it back to the store and no big deal, gentleman helped me out and gave me a whole new set. He recommended I try something else but I liked the boot and was reassured I could bring it back if I had the same problem. Exactly one month later I had the same issue. I bring my boots to the store and a different gentleman is at the store that I’ve never seen before however the associate that was there when I first purchased was in. I went straight to that associate and they remembered me and they got whoever this other manager was. Would not even look up my name or number in the system, simply told me it was wear and tear and that my only option was to pay $40 for them to epoxy my shoe. When I still had a year of insurance on the boot and had the pair for less than a month. Terrible service, terrible manager, unless you want to spend nearly $300 on a pair of shoes that will break down on you in a month and get told it’s “wear and tear” don’t go here. Seriously I laughed because I thought he was joking at first. Before today, even after going through 2 really nice shoes in 2 months I would’ve swore by this product, after this I do not foresee myself ever spending money on this product again

Dave has been selling shoes for 40 or 48 years!!! Sorry I can't remember exactly how long but the man knows his shoes!!! Dave hooked me up with a pair of shoes and a pair of insoles that fit the high arch in my feet by eye. (Cool thing about this place...they have a foot scanner thats scans your foot to match the arch in your foot). Dave didn't need it he is an expert😎👍 They felt like walking on clouds!!! Come see this man and buy a pair of boots from one of the most experienced salesman left around. Thanks Dave and my feet thank you. Thanks for an easy experience, professionalism and courtesy!!!

Nate was so helpful and took his time to help my husband find the perfect shoe!! He even took off the metal parts of the shoe to make it work friendly! Highly recommend!

Drove here from Paducah Kentucky . David was amazing . He helped Larry find the perfect work boot plus told him he needed arch support . Also helped me find a good shoe and insoles to help with the lack of arch I have in my feet. He's definitely an amazing sales person and takes the time to hear what you want. We were so very pleased with our purchases. They also give a 15.00 discount for military and union. The store was gorgeous. If you're looking for red wings this is definitely the store to visit.

8 inch king toe with metatarsal Red Wings.I've worn them for about 6 months. See pic, this happened around 4 months of use. I work in a factory so I'm not hard on them. I went in the store for a warranty and they didn't disappoint. If you want personal service from a salesman like there used to be 80 years ago then go here.

Sebastian got me fitted for a new pair of work boots this afternoon. Was very knowledgeable on the products, and a great help. In my professional opinion, as a Licensed Journeyman Plumber, Sebastian should receive a raise, and be Promoted above Peers.

Sebastian is a excellent individual to deal with. I walked in there Tuesday to tell them what I was needing (a large and wide metatarsal boot) and they said well we will measure you Thursday when you come in . I came in Thursday and Sebastian was there . I got measured and walked out with the boots
