It is a fantastic place to train multiple martial arts for a great price, providing a supportive team environment where everyone is welcome.

I used to train there a long time ago,and I learned a lot from Jeff westfall he had the best training program that I have not seen anywhere else,he was also a pioneer when bjj was just starting,but now I understand now,how knowledgeable he was,definitely the man no doubt.

Best Muay Thai coaches and training regimen in the state. Smooth is fast. Work hard and listen to your coaches and they will make you good

Amazing experience here. Jeff certainly has a knack for teaching and leading. Gives kids good direct attention and direction on a personal level. And teaches adults with the perfect amount of instruction. We're certainly glad to be involved here. Jeff has found his life calling and is good at it !
