This was my first time back for service with Romain, in previous visits I did not feel like an appreciated customer. Since my SUV was purchased from Romain; I was a loyal customer and driving 80 miles round trip to have my car serviced there.I also appreciated being able to go online to setup my appointment - I will definitely be returning and want to keep my service advisor - Chris Zech. He did an excellent job of communicating on a regular basis to give me updates on my service since I was waiting for 5 hours. BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE IN YEARS!!

Overall great experience. I am an out of state buyer and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. All of the paperwork was handled ahead of time; I flew in, Romain picked me up at the airport, test drove the new vehicle back to the dealership, signed my name and was on my way. No surprises with the truck and they were even able to get the running boards I wanted installed ahead of me getting there. Highly recommend to anyone. Oh yeah, great prices too. They beat all my local dealerships by at least $5k.

We have bought 2 vehicles from Romain so far and have had good experience with the salesman. However the employee doing the loans added a charge to our loan when he said he gave us the plan for free. This was after he was told we didn’t want any extra plans they were trying to sale. Ended up sending in the cancellation letter to try and get our money back. Be aware of what they are charging you.

Went in for ONLY an oil change because the first one was free since I had bought my vehicle there. After the vehicle was done, they tried charging me but that’s not the issue. I go to drive the car out of the shop door and hear this awful grinding noise, the car does not want to drive or turn. I stop the vehicle and get out to look at the tire and underneath the car since the noise was coming from that area. I get back in and drive a couple feet and get back out. I go inside to tell the guy something is wrong with the car. He does not want to listen to me. I explain to him the car did not do this when I brought it here. How did the tech not hear or feel the vehicle driving like this?! Why was nothing said to me when I picked the vehicle up?! Finally he comes outside and I drive a couple feet so he can hear this noise. Says “yeah, I don’t know.” I make him get in the vehicle and he immediately stops saying “oh wow, that’s not good at all”. My boyfriend meets me there. Proceeds to tell the guy well if you only did the oil change it should not be driving or sounding like this. The tech then states “well we rotated the tires…..” My boyfriend informs him you cannot rotate the tires on this vehicle because they are staggered. Meanwhile this tech is smiling and laughs about the screw up. He gets the car back in the shop on the lift and realize that the tires are indeed staggered as we had stated. While the guy is still smiling and joking about the issue, he says well when they are done you both are good to go and walks away because it is closing time and he is leaving. They change the tires back, and I am left with scratched brembos and scratched wheels that they are not willing to fix or replace. This is very unprofessional work. You should have knowledgeable car technicians that know what they are doing and looking for.

2024 Chevy Silverado 3500 Dually - Scheduled the first service with Romain, I was told by the assistant service manager they would change the oil, check fluids, top off fluids as needed, rotate tires, and do the multi-point inspection/diagnostics. Told me it would take about 3 hours because it requires the heavier lift and, obviously, its a dually. Plus lunch was right around the corner. No problem for me I was dropping it off for the day. I dropped the truck off at 11 am, received a call and voicemail at 12:37 that the truck was done and ready for pick up. I arrived after work around 4:45-5 pm to pick up my truck, I spoke to a different assistant service manager than before, he ushered me over to sign the receipt and get my keys. I then walked out the back to try and locate my truck, which was all the way in the back of the lot. As I got closer I noticed they had parked it very close to a barrel. It was about an inch away from the barrel, no problem they didn't hit it. However, they did scratch the painted trim next to the headlight (clearly not from the plastic barrel). I also noticed they did not rotate the tires. I drove the truck back to the front to speak with the assistant service manager about the scratch and the incomplete work. He told me they do not rotate the tires until the 2nd service. I said well its on the receipt that you did, where he told me I could just "mark that out". I then asked about the scratch, he told me they had no way of knowing if that was there before or not. I assure you sir, at 11 am, it was not there. After complaining about the lack of service and the scratch, he told me "hey, at least you got an oil change" with a smile. The plastic was still rolled back, and the truck as been cleaned twice since then. I asked to speak with the service manager, he told me he was already gone for the day. I walked in and talked to a salesmen, because that's who I ran into first, to ask about the 1st service on a new truck. He told me he would call the service manager and ask. The service manager was still there and said they change the oil, check fluids, top off fluids as needed, rotate tires, and do the multi-point inspection/diagnostics. I said I'd like to speak to the manager about the service and the scratch that his team put on my truck, which again was denied. Seems no managers were available that day. I ended up leaving, but called the next few days. My complaints were "escalated" whatever that means at Romain, and still today, no one has contacted me. I contacted 4 other GM dealers about the 1st service and they all said the same thing. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer satisfaction at Romain. I have a brand new truck with a scratch on the front and an oil change. I thought Romain was a premier dealer, which is why I went there. I was in the market for a new family vehicle. I will not be buying it from Romain, nor will I ever do any business there ever again. I've been a GM man my whole life so I will be taking my business elsewhere. I would caution anyone that goes to Romain to verify what's on the receipt from the service department and if it actually got completed. Maybe do a once over of your vehicle before just to make sure they don't leave you any surprises. Incredibly disappointed with this dealer.

The entire process was great! It was very easy to make my appointment using the site request form. I was called shortly after to make an appointment. Since the service department had the parts my car needed, I was also able to get it back the same day I dropped it off. Thank you!

Service Department is very poor quality. Truck was in for an oil change and 1 burnt out parking light on drivers side rear. 3 days later I get the truck back with a bill for replacing all 4 bulbs which their tech said were bad. Tech said the bulbs were bead because of an aftermarket connection to the wiring harness. The aftermarket connections were for a third backup light and camper shell lights installed by a professional camper shell company. Their tech cut all the wires from the camper shell, so now none of my shell lights work. VERY UPSET! Will not make this mistake again trusting their service department. Hello Kenny Kent!

Sales staff are very helpful and friendly. However, trying to get your paperwork finalized when purchasing a used vehicle was exhausting and time wasting. I was left waiting in my sales rep cubicle for 2 hours on my first trip down, with no completion. Came back a second day, to more if the same. After waiting for over an hour, just to sign my loan papers, I stood outside his office to hurry him up. I understand being social to customers buying new cars, but excessive waiting to other customers was ridiculous.

Chris was very nice and explained things well. What I didn’t like was that they put stickers on my headlights to fix a recall.. which is fine but they didn’t ask and the stickers have bubbles in them so they look terrible. Also, the prices dealerships want to charge for a simple and fairly cheap parts (such as brakes) is ridiculous.

If you're looking to buy a used car I would avoid this place. They sold me a Toyota and coincidentally 2 days later the transmission failed and they refused to make it right. Sad and shameless way to conduct business. Wish I could give them less than 1 star but it won't let me

I will never buy another vehicle from anyone else but Romain. Chris Kelly is an amazing salesman. He's kind, courteous, and not pushy at all. We were in an out in under 3 hours and that's from test driving several vehicles to signing the dotted line and leaving. They are the Chick-fil-A of car dealerships .....

We bought a truck online and they sold it before we got to pick it up. Don’t do business with these perplexing they don’t care about you

I bought a Sierra 1500 on New Years Eve. Came in at 9 and drove our with my new truck a couple of hours later after making a quick trip out for some nearby errands. Don Kipp and Chad Smith made it an effortless transaction. And the price was incredibly discounted from what dealers were charging for the same vehicle just a few months back. 4th vehicle I have purchased here in a period of 6 years.

First of all they never contacted me when the parts came in. Then when I check on them they tell me “ oh yes we have your parts let’s get you scheduled .” Then when it was there , they didn’t call me and tell me anything. I had to keep calling them, always getting a voicemail. Never returned my calls. Finally when I have to get mad and demand some answers I’m told all the parts weren’t shipped. They have to order the parts that didn’t come in. They had it for three weeks. I had to check omit at the end of that time and was told “oh it’s ready.” No communication whatsoever. Bought it there and may never buy again. If I do, everything will be fixed before I sign a paper to buy or I won’t touch it.
