Car wash is great but their website is horrible. I tried every day for 2 weeks to purchase a wash plan and was never able to, so I purchased one from finish line car wash on university instead and will be going there moving forward.

Vacuums: today 3pm. Half the hoses laying in the ground without attachments. Almost all the hoses did not have adequate vacuum to clean dirt from car.

Prep work isn't good, Vacuums have no suction. The license plate reader failed to read right. Some of the wash mops inside wasn't working, lights are out.
