If I could give them a 0⭐️ review, I would. I have been told to buy certain items to get the result and it never turned out right. I always had to go back and buy what I thought I should have to begin with. This latest issue was by far the worst. They upsold me on something to add to help cover grey hair better. Mind you, I was bleaching and coloring it light ash blonde. I added it to my color and it turned my hair orange. I googled the stuff they sold me and found it was for red or brown hair. I went back to the store and they said that mistakes happen and that they were sorry they sold the wrong thing. I understand that. The mistake wasnt the issue. Then they proceeded to tell me I needed to use color remover, bleach again and re-color. I asked if they were going to cover the cost since it was their error. They refused. They had the nerve to say that I did this to myself. What the heck?? I swear these people are beauty school flunked. I cancelled my Sally's credit card and will never ever step foot in there again. They were rude, unprofessional, and obviously uneducated in how to color hair.

Thank you to the employees at Sally’s with the respect the honor they gave me with customer service today. I really appreciate y’all everyone inside Sally’s how y’all conduct yourself. I do recommend shopping at Sally’s at this location.

To the young lady that was there at 3PM, today. I'm the one that came in and mouthed "what the ****," while pointing to my hair. I just want to say THANK YOU! I was mortified with how it looked and tomorrow I'm meeting my birth family for the first time ever. You saved the day girl! Kudos!!! Great instructions, great service, great suggestions! Your an angel! Truly!

Cleaning store, well stocked. The cashier this morning was a rockstar. She was helpful and patient. She went above and beyond checking for an item in the back. It made for a great start to my day! ?

There two lines open, and when i went to one lady to check out and she told me she couldnt help me and sent me to the other line. She then proceeded to help check out another customer. The other lady was at least friendly!

I went in asking for wax, the kind you dip your hands in, the employee says sorry were out. I say really? (disappointed) then she says yeah. Then she says we do have the parafin wax. I said yes thats exactly what i came in for. She then shows me where its at. Wheew i just about didnt get it due to her thinking it was hair removal wax. And my persistence paid off once againThank you @JohnAmerman for driving me out of your way to get this too. Love it when things "come together"

Always like goin in here.. Sometimes hit & miss with products and sometimes the asking "If I'm still finding everything okay?" each time I turn around is a bit overdone.. The shelves was quite bare of alotta different items. Overall, I'm happy to go shop, look at sales ofc & their quality is good too.
