This review is for their fuel station only. This Sam's location has easy access off a main road, namely Virginia Street, making it convenient. Unlike other locations this one has only a single pump in each lane but they do have 12 lanes available. I did see multiple people using the "wrong" side and stretching the hose to fit their caps on the opposite side of their vehicles with no problem. The lines seemed to be moving rather quickly probably because of the single pump per lane. In other words, I didn't have to wait for two people to fill up and move on. The lines were not overflowing like at my home Sam's in Greenwood.Today's fuel price was $3.17 for regular which was 16 cents cheaper than the gas stations across the street. One thing I do wish for is a faster processing on the screens. The screens on the pumps seem to be slow or hesitating more than other fuel stations of other brands.

Worst Sam's for getting gas. Only one pump per island and it doesn't have the extended hoses.

On 24 March 2023 raining very hard door manager blocked the exit door with carts on the ground to keep people from pulling up and loading their cars in the rain at the door very disappointing, very unnecessary for disabled people

Walked in to activate my membership today and was told at the front door before I even got to the service dest that the store was only open to plus member from 8AM-10AM. I was then told that if I shopped between 8AM-10AM I wouldn't be able to check out at the register until 10AM or after. Why do you have your store open to only certain members during the hours when the doors are open to the public ? It should be equal and fair treatment, we all pay for a membership to shop here to begin with. I then went to the service desk and got my membership card and was told the same thing there by an even more rude associate. I turned to walk away from the desk into the store after receiving my card and the rude associate yelled at me and said the door is the other way. I was pretty much asked to leave the store that I pay a membership to shop at! I find this place unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to its clients. I have worked in the customer service industry for 8 years and I would never treat my clients like that.

They never answer the phone. So much for customer service.

Service is fast and friendly. Prices for the tires are about average. The total price including installation and road hazard protection is the lowest I could find in Evansville. Also, they thankfully don't try to sell you gimmicks you don't need and the installation is very quick. I give only four stars because it's a hassle to make an installation appointment because nobody answers the phone at the entire Sam's Club in Evansville.

I went in for a quick trip, and bought two items. I got a box of jumbo tampons because the tampon shortage is becoming a big issue. I also got a box of mini muffins. As I was walking out the door with items in hand, the woman at the door was not paying attention so I proceeded to walk and I heard her say "you can't steal that" I had my receipt in my hand. I turned around and she had grabbed my arm and yanked my pride month bracelet. (I can't tell if she knew it was pride or not) it snapped back snd hit my wrist which left a red mark. She told me that she thought I was stealing and laughed and told me I was lucky I had a receipt or else she would have called EPD. She laughed again and said that she was grouchy because she hadn't had a cigarette in the last hour. She then asked me again if I had a lighter, I was baffled and said no. She told me that that there's no way I had a Sam's card because I look like I couldn't afford it. She sighed heavily snd walked away. I asked for a manager and they told me that there were no managers on site today. I will be contacting corporate but I am absolutely shocked by the treatment I received. I was going to give them one star, but I gave two because the lady who gave me my icee told me that I had the most beautiful legs she's ever seen

Amanda at the AT&T phone kiosk in Sam's Club is absolutely amazing! She is so thorough and knowledgeable. I've had a MUCH better experience going through her rather than the AT&T store. She is a great multiple tasker and is so friendly. I didn't feel rushed although I had a ton of questions. Thank you for all of your help, Amanda!

Awesome Amanda doesn't make commission off upgrades and they don't do accessories. I worked for her she would never scam you. She brought you in to help you activate and got called to another store which was out of her hands. If ppl should watch out its for people ppl like you who make assumptions and have 0 understanding that people forget and people have alot going on. Beware of Angela the costumer who lacks understanding. The other girl there refused to work on your phones I know because I am that girl. You were rude abd very disrespectful and Amanda felt terrible.

This is not a bad review for the entire Club, just the AT & T kiosk inside. We were in Evansville for the weekend, but we live 94 miles North. We stopped to look at new phones when we entered the Club. A woman named Amanda quickly engaged us and upgraded the 5 phones on our Plan. She then instructed us to come back when our phones arrived in the mail. When we got our phones, it took some time to locate her contact info. Once contacted, she told us we had to schedule an appointment to have the phones set up. I asked if it could be done at the Sam's Club in our area and she said no. We were scheduled for 4:00 and when we arrived, Amanda was not there. The girl that was there did not know what to do, she contacted Amanda, who called me and explained that she was at the store in Owensboro. We were very inconvenienced and when I pointed it out she got defensive and explained that someone had died and she could not control that. I told her that I was aware that she couldn't control death, but she could have the courtesy to call and reschedule an appointment. I spoke to an AT & T rep on the phone and he couldn't understand why she insisted we drive 94 miles back to Evansville. We were able to go to a REAL AT & T Store and get our phones taken care of and the employees there were familiar with problems from Sam's Club AT & T reps. They also said our trip was not necessary. It is our determination that she wanted us back in order to attempt to sell accessories for our new phones. If there was any way to get out of this predicament and return the phones in order to deny her a commission on the sale, we would have done it! Unfortunately, we were stuck. Bottom line: Don't let Amanda the AT & T woman scam you!!!!

Where to start..........My family and I have been shopping at the Evansville Sam's Club for 10+ years!!! Got a quote for tires for my Mom's car from a younger gentleman at almost closing time on Saturday October the 9th. He was awesome at everything! He even took the time to email me the quotes!! My wife and I left and spent the weekend talking about the options for Mom. I talked to my Mom and she was going to put the tires on her Sam's Plus card. I ordered the tires on Tuesday October the 12th, hoping that they would be in the next day, even though the website said 3-5 days. We live about a hour and 15min from the Evansville store. My mother and I were going to be in town because she had an eye appointment. I called the store at 8:59am and asked to speak with the tire department, Glenn answered the phone. He said that he tried to call my mother and let her know that her tires had already came in. I asked what phone number did he call and he said a 618-936 phone number. I told Glenn that that wasn't her number and said that it was 618-943-9664 and before I could even finish he said that it can't be a 618 phone number! I said well it is and he just kept cutting me off by talking over me. I finally said can you just please change the phone number on her account...he spat off that he couldn't do it from the I-pad that he was on! I said ok, he then asked if we could come in to get the tires put on that day and I said that's what I was calling in for. Before I could even get my sentence out about being able to come in ASAP he was cutting me off again!! Finally I was able to tell him that we were at the eye doctor and I would let him know when we were done and going to head across the street to Sam's Club. He cut me off again and told me that's fine that's fine I'll put you down for 11am. That was fine and I just wanted to get off the phone. We got done at the eye doctor at 10:30am and got to Sam's at 10:32am. Met Glenn and from the get go he was very short and arrogant! I was trying to explain the deal with my new wheels, that were in the trunk, that the tires were going on and not the original wheels that were on the car. He was still cutting me off, talking over me, and not letting me explain what I was wanting done. Finally I got it out that the wheels that I wanted the new tires put on were in the trunk. I made the statement that it might even be cheaper because they weren't going to dismount the old tires and I was taking the old tires, that Sam's wasn't going to have to dispose of them! Before I could even get all of that out of my mouth, Glenn was cutting me off saying that it isn't going to any cheaper! Ugh I was furious....I should've asked to speak with the store manager then! Glenn proceeded to ask me if I was Military.....I said no why, he was like you just come off as you are or were raised Military because of the way you are answering my questions! I was just very aggravated at the way he was treating me! I proceeded to tell him that I wasn't Military and that I was a Firefighter....He said oh ok I understand then! WOW!!!! I finally gave Glenn my keys and walked away. They pulled my Mom's car in and started working on it. Got a phone call from Glenn at 11:40am stating that he needed me to come back to the tire dept, that he needed to show me something....I walked back to the shop and met with Glenn. He said that they can't get off one of the lug nuts off of the passenger front tire and that they were going to finish mounting and balancing the new tires and wheels and just going to put them in the trunk and back seat. He did say that I could go get it taken care of someplace else and bring it back and they would put them on! That didn't work for me at all! I worked in the automotive business for 12 1/2 years.....I asked him if they could just remove the lug nut and I would stand there and supervise them so incase it broke or stripped out that I would be there and I told them to do it. If it breaks it breaks! G
