I switched from the CVS on Lincoln Ave for rude employees and terrible customer service and 1st time in here it's the same thing.

I see all of the poor service ratings and I know those should be deleted those can't be updated 🤔 Because the pharmacy is very helpful and You will not find any better I don't even expect true customer service anymore because it ceases to exist But I have a little faith in humanity in the whole schnucks experience and the Pharmacy included 🌺

Fruit is rotting and should not be sold especially watermelon, their brand name products overall are not good and sometimes unusable. Returns are a strict 2 weeks not like Meijers. Prices except for sales items are much higher. Help has not been helpful in the past several times. Moldy meat was given to butcher from the meat display. The only good thing I can say is it’s convenient.

HORRIBLE customer service. Spoke with the pharmacist trying to understand what to do about a delayed prescription order. The pharmacist was incredibly rude throughout the entire conversation even going as far to say “get to the point” as I was apologizing for bothering her (because I know any delay is not the fault of the pharmacy). This is not the first time I have been treated with below acceptable customer service from the CVS but it will undoubtedly be my last.

This was a complete 180° experience from how it was here 6 months ago (standing in a line of angry people for 10+ minutes waiting on THE rudest man to take his sweet time doing a lot of nothing good, I'm sure!... I literally brought in nail clippers/file in my pocket today because I expected more of this standing and waiting and I noticed a snag in my nail on my way there) to INSTANTLY in and out with a smile ? like MAGIC! ? Thanks for making positive changes from the previous negative feedback! Pharmacist Danielle was an absolute gem! I am utterly impressed at the difference today. Floored, even!Oh, and I got the text alert that my Rx was ready, which never came last time! Definite improvements noticed! ? Please keep it up! ? Today I am a happy customer!

My name is Walter Everett. Since CVS has taken over the pharmacy in the local Schnucks store that we frequent, I find the CVS pharmacy understaffed. Often the pharmacist is the only person in the shop. That causes delays in serving the customer. It takes the pharmacist away from their professional work of filling prescriptions.Often the pharmacy telephone rings the entire time I am at the pharmacy because no staffer, nor pharmacist has the time to answer it. Yes, I am sure CVS is making more profit by hiring fewer workers, but in the long run, I think that will cause dissatisfaction among customers and probably the closure of supermarket CVS pharmacies.

One of the team members there got smart with me and I just ask if there was a bathroom, the pharmacy is super slow and a lot of meds are out of stock
