“This is a great locally owned storage facility just off of Morgan Avenue and Weinbach. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the property is well lit, and the security is good. Rental online was easy and prices are fantastic! I really appreciate the customer service, and staff was present on the property many times when I was there. Definitely recommend!”
“This is the best Public Storage I've done business with. I have a unit there and also buy auctioned and abandoned units there. Ash always goes out of her way to be helpful whether it's an auction situation or an issue with my rental she is always on top of it and in a great mood. So many people in this business let their personal life or stresses show in their work, but she is always professional and helpful with anything, anyone needs. Ash is the reason I rented a unit for my Evansville location versus other businesses.”

Whenever I had a question or needed anything, it was very easy to get hold of someone, even when it came time to cancel my unit because I no longer needed it/moved out.

I rented a 12’x45’ enclosed space w/electric for my RV that was clean and move in ready. Kelsey is a get it done, on site face to the customer that was awesome answering questions and communicating space options. I would recommend this location to anyone needing storage space.”

5 months ago: This place has stellar customer service. Phenomenal. Units are clean and gated. I feel like my things are safe, i dont worry. There is video surveillance and the property is well lit so I feel safe going alone if need be. The area is also quiet. I'm renting a 10x10. 2nd month is free which is really nice! The woman who answers calls is just the sweetest! So glad bee hive mini storage couldn't be bothered to return my call bc I'm very happy where I am!”
“We chose National because our son referred us. We moved to Evansville and didn’t get in town until extremely late. Our padlock was already waiting for us in our unit, the unit was very clean and so were the surroundings. Great first impression!”

“SROA gets 5 stars from me for being on top of jump starting on getting my broken storage door fixed with their vendor, being efficient and quick when it came to responding to me when I had a problem. Part is ordered and it should be two weeks before the door is fixed so I’ll be back to update!”
“We were among the folks who lost some of our belongings (along with some of the equipment and supplies of the nonprofit that we help run) in the recent arson attack on the facility. I want to point out that what has happened has not hurt our opinion of Bee Hive at all. If anything, after the initial shock wore off, our opinion has improved based upon how they responded.The owners have been very nice and kept our family posted as the situation developed. We will be back in a new unit just as soon as the need arises again.I strongly encourage anyone needing a storage unit to consider Bee Hive. They are simply the best option in Evansville.”

“I recently needed to store my RV in Evansville and Mill Road Storage went out of their way to be accommodating for me. After first using the services of the “Public Storage” down the road, who tried to rent me a spot outside of their fenced in area, I refused to leave my RV unsecured. When I refused their service they would not refund me and sent collections after me when I charged back their fee for something I never used. Thankfully Mills Road Storage was just a phone call and a few miles away. They had a space for me that day and allowed for to get my RV ready for storage on the property. This is the storage place you want to go for the small business owner hospitality that so many other businesses are lacking. Thank you Mills Road Storage!”
