4700 Proficient Ct, Evansville IN 47725
“Quality of rental space, location and the rare opportunity to talk with an on-site property mgr sealed this rental space choice for me. I rented a 12’x45’ enclosed space w/electric for my RV that was clean and move in ready. Kelsey is a get it done, on site face to the customer that was awesome answering questions and communicating space options. I would recommend this location to anyone needing storage space.”

So glad bee hive mini storage couldn't be bothered to return my call bc I'm very happy where I am!”

501 S Tekoppel Ave, Evansville IN 47712
“We were among the folks who lost some of our belongings (along with some of the equipment and supplies of the nonprofit that we help run) in the recent arson attack on the facility. I want to point out that what has happened has not hurt our opinion of Bee Hive at all. If anything, after the initial shock wore off, our opinion has improved based upon how they responded. The owners have been very nice and kept our family posted as the situation developed. We will be back in a new unit just as soon as the need arises again.I strongly encourage anyone needing a storage unit to consider Bee Hive. They are simply the best option in Evansville.”

2803 N St Joseph Ave, Evansville IN 47720
“Service has been great with Store-N-Lock in my 3 years renting. Unlike other units jacking up prices by 20-30% year over year, price increases were modest/reasonable. Location was ideal. Definitely recommend.”

2120 W Mill Rd, Evansville IN 47720
“I recently needed to store my RV in Evansville and Mill Road Storage went out of their way to be accommodating for me. After first using the services of the “Public Storage” down the road, who tried to rent me a spot outside of their fenced in area, I refused to leave my RV unsecured. When I refused their service they would not refund me and sent collections after me when I charged back their fee for something I never used. Thankfully Mills Road Storage was just a phone call and a few miles away. They had a space for me that day and allowed for to get my RV ready for storage on the property. This is the storage place you want to go for the small business owner hospitality that so many other businesses are lacking. Thank you Mills Road Storage!”

“***Update: The potholes have been filled with rock! Thanks! 5 Stars! :) Now, how bout that keypad? *** Great place for storage! Would be 5 stars if they’d fix the potholes in the driveway entrance. I’ve asked the previous owners and now the new owners to please fix them and they have yet to do so. Makes a mess of our vehicles every time we stop in. One more thing. I wish they’d fix the keypad! It looks like people have used their keys to punch in their passcode over the years and you can’t read the actual numbers anymore.”

5414 E Morgan Ave, Evansville IN 47715
“The staff has been friendly and helpful. the only thing I don't like is that I have to have insurance. I don't feel I should have to have insurance if I don't want it. I understand why it's necessary but I still think it should be my choice.”

“The first person attempted to resolve my issue and was not able to after nearly 10 min. and three codes later. They had to remotely let me in. They said I would have to keep calling in today to get manually let in until the property manager was in on Monday to resolve the issue. Then when I called in the second time to be manually let back in and Hailey resolved the issue with the first attempt of resetting my password. She was positive, efficient and confident that she could achieve resolution to my issue. It was a five star guest service experience. The company needs more Hailey’s. Thanks to Hailey for the quick resolution.”

“I just rented over the phone with Jackie at the Evansville, Indiana - Washington Avenue property - let me just say AWESOME !!! She made the experience quick and easy and she was very personable on the phone ! I highly recommend talking with Jackie, I told her all my needs in the office yesterday and she gladly went over all the scenarios with me to find a perfect solution for my needs !! Speaking of yesterday, she showed me at least 3 or 4 units all over the property and never once made me feel like I was wasting her time - a very rare experience these days - Jackie was a joy to work with - I’d give 6 stars if I could !! …and no I do not know Jackie at all, this is a real review”
