Sextons Tax Service is like no other tax preparation agency. Nikki, Charlene and Donavan are incredible to work with and super knowledgeable in any tax scenarios. I have been having them do my taxes for many years and always a great experience. Plus they will listen and take the time to guide you through anything you ask that you may not understand of the tax returns. Their text application of letting you know when to come back to have your returns prepared is great. Check in with documents and get a text back when it’s your time is really awesome.Thanks for many years of awesome service.

I don’t see my recent review..I dont recommend anyone to come here…like I said in my first review..family of clowns who don’t admit when they make mistakes. Take ownership like adults…instead of telling people they can leave after waiting there for over 2 hours. Anyone feel free to look me up on Messenger, I’ll be glad to go into detail what happened to ‘me’…They could care less when they have people still coming to them for services..until WE ALL Find a DIFFERENT TAX company…then they will care!!

I have used Sexons for 4 years now, recommended through a co worker. They are very budget friendly, fast, effective, professional, wonderful people. There is no appointments but longest wait I've ever had was 30 minutes. They have a text service so you can leave and come back during your weight time. Always friendly,joking and personable family run business. I recommend to anyone needing a tax service or wanting to make a change from their current spot.

I went thru them last year because of their good prices and it was just ok. They are quick but kind of rushed and not very friendly just more of the vibe of just wanting to hurry thru the day. They accept walk ins but are not prepared for being busy very unorganized and hectic. The woman sitting in the office in the side office doing people's paperwork after signing in was very rude and demanding to the man giving out the paperwork in front of customers when it seemed he was clearly working harder while she was just camped in her chair barking orders at him. He was doing his best at getting people signed in. It's important to treat staff with respect in front of customers.

Hi, I have only been going there for maybe 8-10yrs never had a bad experience. At the old place might have had to wait couple hours, but it’s tax time and they are knowledgeable and way cheaper than ?,. So I recommend Sexton’s’s, have never done me wrong. And one time when preparer made mistake we reminded about a credit, person acknowledge and corrected. They are Good People and excellent Tax Preparers

They are liars. They asked for my mobile number as part of signing up to file taxes. Then they immediately texted me. There was no request to text and no checkbox selected stating it was ok to text me. So this is a TCPA violation and I told them so. The employee said she was required to text me and I said no don't text me. Then she said I can remove you but you don't have to be so rude about it. I fail to see where the rudeness came in telling them not to text me when they had no consent and mentioning TCPA. I was asked to sit in the waiting room and documents were taken into the back where apparently the employee began to cry over our conversation? So another employee came out with an attitude, said I made their employee cry then told me to leave. Sorry but if the employee cried after our conversation something else was clearly bothering them. I was not rude to anyone until they copped an attitude with me. However since they chose to make me leave over an obvious lie, they don't deserve my business or anyone else's. It won't let me select Zero stars. But since I'm forced I'll credit them one for working in such a rough neighborhood. That's still no excuse to treat people the way they just treated me.

TOPS!!!! after my move with house sales and three state taxes etc, I needed help with my taxes. Fast and easy and saved me a ton!!! I recommend to everyone now. EVERYONE.
