Simpson's Supermarket is a clean, well-stocked, and well-maintained local grocery store with decent prices. It is a regular store for many, offering a short list of groceries and really good prices on meat, including some local products not carried at bigger chains. The staff can be very helpful and kind, with experiences where employees go above and beyond, making the shopping experience much better than average. This includes personally returning forgotten items and kindly informing customers about store hours. However, there can be times with only one cashier, leading to busy conditions. On such occasions, service may suffer, with staff appearing stressed or overwhelmed, and customers sometimes cannot get help. The hope is that management addresses these staffing issues.
It's not actually IGA as Google names it. It is actually called Simpsons. It's clean, well stocked, and has decent prices. I personally shop here for my a short list of groceries.

We had the BEST experience thanks to "Pappy" from the ace hardware department. He was the sweetest and he even bought my daughter a pink gnome and she ADORED it. He made our shopping experience SO MUCH BETTER than an average day. And it's one of my regular stores now (:

I stopped in to pick up a few things, got in line, paid and went to the car and Anthony (cashier) found me in the parking lot with a bag I'd forgotten at the register. I've done the same thing at other places and nobody cared--genuinely appreciate the help.
