I have a queen size adjustable 360 smart bed. Worked great the first year, then all the bells and whistles faded out, including the remote that controls the air. The store i bought it from told me that since I have a cat the warranty was void. The air bags do still hold air but now 4 years in the frame is getting squeaky. A very expensive piece of junk! Not recommended.

Do not buy this product. Better beds can be had for alot less. Paid thousands and it's a deflated memory foam pad on one side in less than 5 years.

We had a very good shopping experience at the Evansville Sleep Number store. The sales associate took her time with us. She answered all our questions and helped us pick out the King i8 bed for us with a base that will fit our needs.

We had a great experience and Nick was absolutely amazing! He took the time to find the perfect bed and show us all the features and how it works. He is literally the most professional, polite, friendly and informative person I’ve ever met.

Sleep number workers was very helpful but but delivery time is unorganized 3 hour window for delivery they keep changing it but they gave me nice sheets for the problem

Terrible experience at this store. Did not deliver mattress on date they had scheduled and did not notify me they were not coming. They insisted that I did receive the mattress!!! I got so frustrated that I cancelled my order. Took me forever to get a refund. I paid for it in the store, but they would not refund my money. Had to call customer service. On phone most of the day!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!!

My wife and I were given and shown many different options within the store. The staff was very knowledgeable and patient with us. It did not feel like the staff was pushing to sell the highest dollar item. Instead they looked to match you with what fit your comfort.

My experience at the Sleep Number store was great. Nic was great demonstrating and explaining everything. Friendly, but never pressured me. Can’t wait to get my bed delivered.

the employee working the store needs to learn to juggle customers better. waited 15 minutes for help just to be handed a customer service phone number card.
