Nic was amazing! It was a dramatically different experience than we had just received at a nearby competitor. We (my husband and I) were greeted with a smile and kind words. Nic absorbed what our sleep issues were and helped us find the best solution in a bed. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new Sleep Number bed!

I had been doing a lot of research before deciding on a sleep number bed. I was a bit nervous going in the store especially knowing I was getting ready to put thousands down for a new bed… but my sales guy Nick made my visit very welcoming. I can’t say enough about him or this store and they answered all my questions while making me feel like I made the right decision.

We bought a king (double twin) mattress and bed frame. We have had nothing but issues with the bed since we got it. After having technicians come out 4 different times they finally told us they have no clue what is wrong with the bed. Since there is only a short amount of time to return the bed we opted to return it because we were worried they would never be able to fix it, and we were tired of giving up our time to block out hours for them to arrive. They will not let you return the base even if it is their fault that you can't keep the bed. Definitely not a company we will do business with when they do not stand behind their products.

After my daddy passed away (October 2022), my mom's health went downhill rather quickly not to mention she had a nervous collapse prior to his death. She needed a new bed. We spoke with Colleen and she was as sweet as can be. She suggested the new 360° Queen model for mom. When they finally came to install, (March, but purchased in February)due to her current mental condition, she was sensing a crease in the middle of the bed. For almost 6 thousand there shouldn't be a problem, but my brother and I assured her that it's not the King, bulky, memory foam bed she's been used to for 13yrs. So, thinking this was her mental health, I told her to just give it time. EVERY night she would call me telling me that she was falling into an uncomfortable crease in the bed. I finally decided to call Colleen and ask what the problem could be and even though she sold us the bed, she couldn't help us with the situation. We were given a customer service number . I called and a woman told us that the base of the bed ($2300) was non-refundable and non-returnable!! Not only that, it would cost an extra $250 for removal, as they dispose of the mattress! Seriously?!?!? Then, she said she could upgrade to a newer model mattress for an extra $1,300! I said absolutely not as there is a return policy and was never told any of this information. The csr finally said that she would send a complimentary 2" memory foam cover for her bed and a remote that may be easier for my mom. I gave in to this offer, as she didn't seem to care at all about my mom's well-being. It took a month to receive the bed topper, but didn't receive the remote. My poor mother was STILL very uncomfortable, so I called Colleen again and explained everything to her again. She told me she went over the bed base policy with my mom and me (which she DID NOT) as I had to be there during purchase, as a comprehensive witness. The only other option we had was to call the csr hotline AGAIN! This time however, I spoke with a woman named Vickie who was shocked that they sold my mom a dual air mattress as it's just her and no one else. Why would you sell a 70+yr old woman who just lost her husband a bed for 2 people?? She truly worked hard for us and tried everything to get my mom what she not only needed or wanted, but deserved! Our only other option was for a queen single air chamber (like a normal single person bed, FINALLY), BUT it would be an extra $387.14. At this point, we were ready for ANYTHING else other than what she had been dealing with for 2 months and barely sleeping. We scheduled the switch and it would be a week. The day finally arrived and we couldn't be more excited to get mom some much needed sleep . After installation, one of the two gentlemen took extra time to empathize with my moms situation and went over it with us, to ensure maximum use /better sleep. Like the first time, due to her condition, mom called me every night to double check that she was doing it correctly. *It seems that anytime her sleep number IQ via the app would be a low number, she would sleep better??? Anyway, day 3 with the new bed she was complaining that even when she would lay in the middle, she would eventually roll to her previous side?! I called the csr number AGAIN & apparently when they installed the 2nd bed, they didn't adjust the bed legs and sure enough her entire bed was slanted!!!! Now, we're waiting for a tech to come out and adjust the legs of the bed! This has been a nightmare for my poor mom and me. In summation, I DO NOT recommend anyone to go to Sleep Number. It's an EXPENSIVE JOKE! Please, do yourself/loved ones a favor and stay away from this confusing, overly expensive, and ridiculous product!!! It's caused months of very little, to no sleep for my mommy.... We're all just over it!!!!

Always feel welcome when I go in there. Jenna sold my bed to me 4 yrs ago, she always remembers me when I go in there!Their warranty service is great. Would highly recommend, go in and try.

My husband and I visited the store on Green River Road in Evansville, In, we were greeted immediately by Jenna, she was wonderful, she did a phenomenal job presenting the product! I would definitely recommend this store and Jenna!
