This is a rating for Spectrum internet. My 100 mbps slows to 30 mbps during peak time. Not sure if that is true for other providers.
Their service technician claimed it was my Arris modem/router causing the problem. Got a 3.1 dos with WiFi 6 as he suggested. Same problem with new Arris modem/router.
