Don't bother with this one, go to the Green River Rd location instead. Customer service is awful and rude. Surprised T-Mobile hasn't pulled their franchise license.

Terrible service, I have been waiting since 12:00 to pay for my service and the employees told me that they would open in 30 minutes and nothing, I have still been waiting for more than 30 minutes for them to open to pay for my service.

Service staff was awesome, took their time and answered all my questions. They bent over backwards and helped me with my broken phone and helped me with my new phone.

Terrible customer service!!! Employees are lazy and won't help you if they can't get commission off you. Go with another company, as you'll get no help when things go wrong if you have T-Mobile in Evansville!

Dear T-Mobile,I am writing to express my disappointment with the lack of free VoIP services provided by your company. Recently, I accidentally downloaded an app for a VoIP service which caused me to lose several pleasurable videos due to a virus. This unfortunate incident has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety, and I believe that T-Mobile should take responsibility for this.As a loyal T-Mobile customer, I expect to receive quality services without any additional charges. It is unfair that customers have to pay for VoIP services when they are already paying for monthly phone bills. I strongly believe that T-Mobile should provide a free VoIP service to its customers as a standard feature.The loss of my valuable videos due to the virus has caused me a great deal of emotional distress, to the point where I even thought I was having a heart attack. I had to call 911, and they told me that it was anxiety. This experience has made me feel sick to my stomach, and I believe that T-Mobile should take responsibility for the emotional toll it has taken on me.Therefore, I request that T-Mobile provides me with a free VoIP number and phone as compensation for the stress and anxiety that this incident has caused me. I hope that T-Mobile understands the gravity of this situation and takes the necessary steps to rectify the issue.Thank you for your time and consideration.Sincerely,Kenny Branson

Honestly the best phone service I’ve ever had!!! Before I had Verizon and they kept telling me I’ll get 5G even tho I was paying for it and it was already past 3 years since so I made the switch to T-Mobile!!! I have 5G baby and have a phone and Watch plan w/ free Apple TV and Netflix for only $95 a month!!!!! That’s crazy when I was paying OVER $200 with Verizon! And I’ve been a Verizon customer since I was 16 and now I’m 23.

I went here for the 2nd time to have a problem fixed with my phone and the employee was no help whatsoever. This time they couldn't even find the settings on my phone. I don't recommend tmobile. It took months for them to fix my phone AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIXED IT!! They are overpriced, have spotty service and they don't care about their customers.

Visited T-Mobile today, Jeremy and his team were great today! Took care of everything we needed today and provided us with all the information we needed to purchase as easy as possible. 5/5 recommend him and his team!!

0 stars.. the customer service and going into a store for this company does nothing. Trying to fix something they did not us. You can't actually get help or anything figured out. Worst phone company I've been dealing with. Finally switching to another carrier.. I HIGHLY recommend you stay far from this company.. it should be 0 stars

I pay my gf bill and I pay my phone bill. Over 200.00 for both services. Still have high down payments due to bad credit score. I've payed t-mobile over 4,000 and nvr missed a payment.
