My wife and I went to staples to buy a copier Saturday at 5 pm they close at 6 she looked on line.And found what she wanted Best by had the same one same price .We took are old one to back for recycling. I told the man I was going to get new one I would be wright back. I came back he was gone. There was a lady manager standing about 20 feet away and I said can you check us out she no I am closings out .So we waited and waited then man comes back and waits on an amazon return.Then I saw the lady just go out the back door 1 hour before closing. I will be going to Best Buy from now on. At least they will check you out and help you !

Came in to make a quick Amazon return, 21 people in line & no back up to help the single cashier.
They obviously do Amazon returns to help boost business, but with this service I can’t wait to never come back.

Staples is my go to office supplies store. They usually have what I need,and if it is not in stock, can usually get it within two or three days. Their prices are competitive and sometimes less than competitors. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable.

Inspite of lacking staff , I came across a very helpful sales person, who was willing to locate the items I needed , I end up buying 2 office chair and ink cartridge for my printer.

Uploaded building plans for large format printing which was to be complete by 6 p.m. the following day. I was in the area and stopped by the store early to check if by chance the prints were available. The employee told me their large format printing was down because they were installing a new computer workstation. She did not know if it would be finished that day. I heard nothing that day. Since I still had no confirmation, I called the next afternoon and was told the prints were complete. The problem was that they were for the framer who by that time was done with his work. I had no use for the plans and asked for a refund. I was told I could cancel the order online - but could not find a link to do so. The clerk cancelled the order for me. That was 5 weeks ago and I have yet to be credited for the order. Not expecting to at this point. It was only 9 bucks, but the consequential damages were significant since the framer missed a changer to the plans he had originally been provided. If you've read this far I guess it should go without saying that it will be a cold day before I use Staples again

Generally have what I need in stock. But the store is disgusting, never vacuumed, stinks, unorganized and rude staff. Whomever manages this Location should be ashamed by the appearance
