Speaking as a HR/ Customer Service Specialist:The customer service and the employee moral was absolutely horrible my first couple of visits earlier this year. I’ve noticed that the customer service has recently started to improved. It was refreshing to have a friendly greeting my last couple of visits. However, the manager/employee moral still needs a lot of work.One of store managers has got to be the most “unprofessional” managers I have ever seen. It’s obvious that he doesn’t want to be there. I have overheard him cussing and talking rudely to his employees several times. Now I see why employee moral is so bad! I recently overheard him apologizing to a customer who had a complaint. I’m not sure exactly what the complaint was about. But he apologized by trying to throw another store manager under the bus. He blamed her for being new and not doing a good job. I found his apology to the customer to be an undermining and a very unprofessional. I would not hire him! He is not a good example of leadership material. A change in leadership may be exactly what helps improve the store.

Rude employees that couldn't care less if they don't make your drink in time. I understand they're understaffed and busy, but that is no excuse to be rude to customers when they haven't spoken with a single employee about their order. Careful not to wait too patiently! A lady named Mya was totally disrespectful! She was just leaning on the counter looking at her phone ignoring me the whole time. Put your phone down and do your job!

Lady working the window was rude. Told me, after I had already waited in line for almost 30 minutes that my drinks might be another 15-20. I had a mobile order and told her at the outdoor menu.

Lately is been 30 minutes or more for an order placed through their app. And they don’t put the right milk as asked. So disappointing their service sucks…
