I've was a customer for over 30 years never asked for a loan until a month ago asked for a 500$ extension on my LOC to pay my Electric bill and water bill and I was to call around 230pm to see if I got approved. Well I was approved but not for the loan I applied for and wasn't told that what loan I was approved and the only way I could get 500$. Then the employee Tim went into my password protected account and closed a LOC loan I've had for years and did what ever activity to my account without my permission. I will no longer be a customer again and everyone might want to check their bank accountTHE COMPANY REGISTRATION MY REVIEW IS A JOKE TGEY SUPPORTED THE EMPLOYEE AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR WHAT THE EMPLOYEE DID. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING EXCEPT THREATING ME AND THE PEOPLE IN MY LIFE THEY DESTROYED MY CREDIT AND WONT MAKE THEIR ERROR RIGHT. GET AWAY FROM THIS BANK

Bill pay service is horrible it’s been over 1 Month and the service has still not been completed the money was taken out of my account and I still have to wait 180 days to dispute what a inconvenience!

SUFCU has been good to us for time but the lack of my expired debit card since February is not acceptable. I still have not received my new card and the least the bank could do is send out a courtesy message stating that there is a huge delay for receiving a new debit cards. For example auto pay purchases with expired cards creates a late fee. SUFCU should consider to waive any additional fees for expired cards. I would suggest in the future SUFCU will consider an instant issued debit card machine for same day to create a new debit card. Please follow up asap! Sincerely, a loyal client since 2003.

Great bank in almost every way. My only complaint is that I can't link my account with any of the financial planning service for automatic tracking. I'm sure the limitations are for security reasons, which I appreciate, but, it would be great to have this feature available.
