Eastside Target
Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to share my appreciation for the fantastic service I recently received at Target. On February 11th, I had the pleasure of visiting your store, and I wanted to let you know about the excellent experience I had.
During my visit, I was helped by Georgene, who went above and beyond to assist me with finding the items I needed. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I truly felt like she cared about helping me, and it made the whole experience much better than I expected.
In addition, I was impressed by how well-organized everything was. The store was clean, easy to navigate, and the service was fast, which made my shopping experience so much more enjoyable. I can tell that Target focuses on making its customers feel valued, and it really shows in the way you train your staff.
I also wanted to mention that your checkout process was smooth and quick, which made my visit even better. The attention to detail and the extra effort to ensure customer satisfaction are clear signs of a company that takes service seriously.
I will definitely continue to shop at Target, and I have already told my friends and family about the wonderful experience I had. Please extend my thanks to Georgene and the rest of the team for their hard work.
Thank you again for such a positive experience, and I look forward to being a customer for many years to come.

I was just racially profiled and treated very rudely because I am black. I also have videos of what I am saying to back it up.

🎯I've recently visited Target twice and had a similar experience with the same rude cashier on both occasions. She insisted that I take a bag for my purchases, despite my polite refusal. Our conversation became heated, and she suggested that having a bag would be beneficial for me and if I don't take one I better have my receipt ready. When another customer declined a bag, the cashier didn't hesitate or argue. This disparity in treatment has led me to question whether bias is at play. I've reported these incidents and encourage others who may have experienced similar treatment to speak out. It's disheartening to see Target seemingly abandon its diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, which aimed to promote respect and inclusivity for all customers. This cashier's behavior falls short of the standards I expect from Target.
I will definitely not be shopping the Lloyd Expressway Target as long she is representing your store in this manner and it is being allowed

Yesterday was the first day I’ve ever been inside a target and I won’t be ever coming back. Me and my friend was looking around the ulta store inside of target and the lady who was working in the ultra store she was older and she had blond or grey hair followed me and my friend around the whole store. She was right next to us the whole time thinking we were going to steal. I have a lot of tattoos and I think that’s why she thought that. I have never stole in my life. I won’t be going back. She treated me like I was a thief and it was so obvious I didn’t feel comfortable being there so we left. Target do better!!!

Cashiers are not friendly and seem to be annoyed to work there. By far the worst target I’ve visited but it’s the only one in the area so I have no choice but to shop here.

I shop here quiet often. They almost always have the item I'm looking for. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to the last couple times that I was there, I seen several younger employees acting a little unprofessional and this time a group of girls were speaking provocatively with no care about anyone around them.

Following someone as if they are stealing is harassment. If YOU suspect I am stealing why not call police and let them deal with me as a criminal?

I shop Target quite often, the stores that I frequent are clean and the staff has always been friendly and polite.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Absolute trash. There are clothes all over the floor and there was food and VOMIT. This is unreal. It's always this way. Trash. The First Ave. store is not this way. Get it together Target.

I was at this store last June (2023) and it was great. My friend and I talked about it being one of the best targets we’ve ever been to. However I just went yesterday and it was absolute chaos. There was stuff everywhere. Shoes thrown all over the floor, all over the shelves, completely unorganized. The clothing racks were in disarray. Sizes all mixed up. Hangers missing clothes. Clothing sets missing pieces. Styles mixed up, colors mixed up. Tons of empty shelves. I understand there is a nationwide shortage of workers all over, BUT I saw several employees walking around doing absolutely nothing, with their hands in their pockets or chit chatting with other employees. So it went from the best target I’ve been to, to the absolute worst, sadly. I hope this isn’t the new norm for this location. I wish I would have taken pictures.
