Work was performed within the promised amount of time, honoring their initial estimate (new alternator). This shop also sources reliable parts as well. My daughter is a student at the local university (far from home) so it's rather calming for a father's brain to know there's someone reliable nearby she can take her vehicle to should another need arise. A friend recommended Do It Right Transmission, who did a rebuild on my unit along with an upgrade on the torque converter that will prevent recurrence.
