Work was performed within the promised amount of time, honoring their initial estimate (new alternator). This shop also sources reliable parts as well. My daughter is a student at the local university (far from home) so it's rather calming for a father's brain to know there's someone reliable nearby she can take her vehicle to should another need arise. Definitely saving this place to my 'favorites'.”
“Was in a local park and my gear shifter could be freely moved up and down and my vehicle would not start, at just the right time Kris came by and asked if he could take a look at it. “The transmission on my 2017 GMC 2500HD, 6.0 gasoline engine, failed at 55,000 miles. A friend recommended Do It Right Transmission, who did a rebuild on my unit along with an upgrade on the torque converter that will prevent recurrence. They did a great job on the rebuild and honored their initial quote.. Kevin Sensmeier (owner) and Ray Holden (service manager) do a great job of communicating during the repair and instill a great deal of confidence in their work. Highly recommend.”
