Many moving company options with many different ways to calculate shipping and transportation. U-Pack is transparent, easy to understand and very flexible. Who knows how many pounds you have to move or how many LF you will take up in a trailer? No way to know this and it really doesn't matter with U-Pack. Same rate + or - your guestamate. And every person on phone or in person that we dealt with was very friendly and professional. I may have never wrote a review before in my life, but this service that helped us move across country was outstanding so I had no choice but to send a shout out to this company. Whatever you are doing, don't change. Keep up the great culture, team and transparency. I love working with companies like this. Cheers to U-Pack Moving team!!

These guys were easy and friendly. This was the receiving location for my belongings and they worked with me in getting my belongings shipped to my location as soon as I was available. We were able to unload ourselves in 3 hours times and they picked up the same day for us (this is done by driver availability). The company's prices and willingness to do things the way you prefer is definitely 100%.

U-Pack was wonderful to work with. Having some basic knowledge of trucking logistics, I completely understood the timing of drop off, pick up and delivery could not be a definite time. It was not a problem for me and the dispatchers kept me updated on a regular basis. All of the drivers were polite and VERY helpful. The pricing was far better than other self-packing moving companies. I will recommend U-Pack to all my friends and family. THANKS!

I overall really enjoyed my experience with UPack. They had an experienced driver drop off my trailer on time, and in a tricky location. he explained to me the ins and outs of the situation, and showed me how to best use the ramp that came with the trailer. The Evansville Indiana distribution hub was top notch to work with! I had an issue with delivery though, in that Hurricane Michael delayed my shipment from Southern Indiana to Jacksonville Florida. I did not get a good vibe from UPack that my shipment would arrive in the quickest fashion. It's tough to hold UPack accountable for delays caused by weather, but I had to call them to pull information and to coordinate delivery than they were calling me to push me information on my shipment. My deliver was beyond their posted 3-5 business day delivery, but we got our stuff eventually. I did not have much contact with the delivery driver, or the pick-up driver, but they all seemed professional. I do have to mention that something drastic happened during delivery, that toppled my base tier. I spent some extra money and bought really good E-track straps to tie my shipment down in tiers, but even against my best pack job, something caused my first tier to fall towards the back of the truck. It caused damage to a bookshelf, but luckily nothing else. Be sure to have good tie-down straps, and use them frequently.

I can't say enough nice things about U-Pack in Evansville!! My family and I just relocated to Indiana from Virginia. The Evansville location where our belongings were shipped to kept us up to date and informed about when our trailer would arrive and also they were very flexible when scheduling delivery to our new home. Connie, Ed, and Travis were kind, courteous and so very understanding during our move, I could not have asked for a better experience or a better staff to work with. They each went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I don't plan to move again anytime soon but if I did, I would be sure to use Upack in Evansville again.
