This UPS location is amazing. All of the staff is extremely helpful and nice. The staffing that they have in place now is 100% better than it used to be. Kudos to the manager that has made the correct changes to what this location was 6 months ago.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never return to this location again had the worst customer service & smiled the whole time they lied about the internet being down & scanned the lady behind us no problem to ship her package. They even said the east side location was down & that was a lie! It was a rude young guy & a young lady that didn't have a clue but we went to Staples & they said they weren't surprised because they were getting more and more business from the westside UPS store lately & now they know why. The lady that helped us at Staples was nice, polite & even helped us print our labels so if you need something shipped I'd go to them & don't waste your time and gas going to Pearl Drive.

I have yet to have a positive experience with this location. The company I work for has a commercial account and spends $150k-$200k annually with UPS, and we almost never have issues with our account manager, international account manager, drivers or center staff, and yet this location can’t seem to ever do simple things correctly or at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this location like the plague.

The BEST ups store in Evansville. The most nicest people that works there. Always greets with a smile and says how can I help you today. They are very patient when you have a lot of products to return. This is my go to ups store for returns!!

Very negetive attitude from female employee. Stated we don't fax items. Pearl Drive,Evansville,Ind. Wont be useing this facility in future. Such a shame this is tolerated from UPS.

the older lady with glasses and blonde short hair refused to send off my international mail after 5pm on friday dec 16th because she said “this is the UPS store not UPS we can’t print customs documents” so i went to the other UPS store on Indiana street and they had no issues sending off my international mail and even printed me customs documents. i think this lady didn’t want to do her job that night but thankfully the other *UPS STORE* was able to help. the employees at indiana street were confused as to why she didn’t want to do this job for us. this service gets a 1 star.

The lady who answered the phone hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a question. Definitely no help at all. Doesn’t seem to be the first time either.

No help at all. Told me that I needed extra documents and to print it off the UPS website but no documents were found on the website and said I needed a computer to potentially access documents. Not my first time shipping and knew exactly what I needed to do. Would not get ahold of a manager to help get the extra documents they said needed to print off. Called another UPS Store and they confirmed that the additional documents would print with the shipping label, that I did not need to do anything extra.

Went into the west side store with my package ready to be shipped to get a shipping quote was told 63.12 to ship. About in line with size and weight of previous items I’ve shipped. Customer agreed to pricing and paid, went back on Saturday to ship and it was 117 dollars to ship the same package. Cost me a sale, not to mention fuel and time to drive out there. Either the employee Wednesday needs trained or the employees on Saturday need trained properly. Only regret after thinking on it is I should have insisted they re-enter the measurements on Saturday, I believe that is where the problem is, although you would think they would have done that when the quote was so far off.
