Very very very rude workers if they finished loading you or unloading if you don’t see them coming to you and giving a paperwork if they don’t see you in driver seat they so hard knock your door you gonna feel like they were knocking your door with hammer not hand

Awful, almost impossible to talk to a person, I just needed to ask a quick question, but after waiting 10 minutes on the phone going through the automated responses, I get routed and no one ever picks up the phone

Don’t come early man . They take you only by appointment. Second thing no space here to wait. Also you can’t park on street. Because it’s too busy street.

I need help with a package. I can never contact a human to get my issue resolved. I have 2 packages "pending acceptance" at Evansville. One has been held at this same status since February 2. Now I'm waiting on the replacement to be accepted. What is wrong with this facility? Why does usps allow this to continually happen at this site? The majority of mail for southern Indiana passes through this center. If there was another option to receive mail other than USPS I would surely use it.

I used to go to that post office they are very nice but I went with my mom I didn't go in because what she needed I knew it wouldn't take long and she was in there for about 5 minutes came out it was fast service.

This has to be the worst PO facility when it come to them getting your packages to you . Wether it is the Christmas season or slow season my packaged always are runni g on time or early ..UNTIL IT GETS TO THIS OFFICE. My packages will sit here for 2 or 3 days before it gets to my post office for delivery and its only 1 hour away and the last stop for packages . It would be much easier and much faster to drive here and just pick up my packages instead of waiting on them to get it to me .

Worst experience again! There’s a lady name Tiera! It happens twice, Always rude unhappy and disrespectful, I guess she hates people or hates her job, she needs to learn how to treat people right and with respect specially when they are with their kids, every other worker was happy and treating nice the customers but she was like a devil, talking bad and rude to everyone. They need to fire her.
