Shipped a package via this facility and had a great experience. Process went quick and easy.

I always have a good experience here. Can't say the same for my mail service. Informed delivery doesn't often show many things (I know this isn't the issue of this location). It also took 2 weeks by 2 different people locally to get Christmas cards!

Pleasant people but long wait time in lines. If they can cut down ⬇️ the wait times it would be a much better experience.
