I signed up for the informed delivery so I can have my package delivered to my front door because I knew it wouldn’t fit and now they still try to put it in my apartments mailbox and now having to schedule a redelivery and the website is messing up

Paul is a Rockstar!!! I bring in 6 care packages at a time to mail to troops overseas, and he always seems excited to see me. He says he loves what we do. He always has kind words and is a perfectionist. Grannys Gifts for Heroes appreciates what he does!! Keep up the great work Paul. Great employees like you don't come around very often!!

Lazy worthless lying drivers you have there! Didn’t deliver any of my mail due to “ Animal Interference” when I was there and outside waiting on my package at that time been watching for the driver all day no mail truck has been near my residence today and hadn’t been any free roaming animals out either, same driver who does the route at Jefferson apts I have watched sit across the street parked for over an hour doing nothing. He needs to lose his job just stealing company time!

I have had issues constantly with parcels not being picked up from my mailbox, and if I drop them off at the post office they STILL sit in the drop box for days. Late packages sitting in limbo for a week plus. Please get better help or hire more help.

My item arrived on the 5th after waiting for 4 days i went to the post office to see if I could pick up my item they have 1 person to run the counter after waiting for 15 minutes I was told that I couldn't receive my item because it was still in a unopened container ?

The dumbest people on earth. Always delivers the mail and slams our mailbox shut to the point it wakes our newborn. I literally hope with every fiber of my being that every person who walks and delivers mail gets hit by a car. Absolutely stupid and worthless.

Driver almost hit my car with my son in it. If I wouldn’t have swerved I would’ve been hit bc they were speeding and driving erratically!!

We were moving a shelf from home and to a trailer. And we aren't spring chickens. Eric was out doing his job on Dexter and Taylor Ave.He immediately came to take over with moving this shelf.I cannot tell you how moved I am.Unfortunately, in these times I am accustomed to bystanders not being "just a good human".Thank you Eric for being a good human.

Employee lying about a package being onsite so they don’t have to do their job. Lied about it going out for delivery at 4:30 pm.Useless people work here.
