On February 20th, I entrusted an international package to USPS, anticipating a smooth and informed shipping process. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by misinformation regarding the tracking, timeline, and method of delivery. Belinda, though confident, unfortunately lacked the necessary knowledge, leading to significant confusion. Most distressingly, the package was delivered to an incorrect recipient at its intended destination. This experience has severely eroded my trust in USPS.

I just have to say that I have grown to love visiting this particular post office! They are always so helpful and smiling and I was having problems with getting a mailbox key and finally spoke with a lady named Marilyn who made a quick call and low and behold my problem was solved the very next morning! Thank you USPS at 800 s. Green River Rd! I appreciate y'all's hard work!

I got a message telling me my information wasn't good enough even though I know I provided every ounce of information. I called your automated system and it's the biggest waste of time I've ever seen in my life. Is that running off of 30-year-old computers too like the rest of the government?I don't know if the US postal services got any funding from the government these days but if it does waste of our tax dollars.

This place is a joke! They lose a lot of packages so it’s bad when you trying to do online business. Unreliable

They definitely don't knock when they deliver certified mail and either automatically mark undeliverable or put no answer. It's happened a few times to me.

I had a great experience here today. A gentleman behind the counter saw I was confused about how to send some important papers, and without me asking, came to my aid. I really appreciated his kind help and friendly nature.

Ever since I moved into this post office's area, I have had nothing but problems. Packages not being delivered and packages being delivered to the wrong address. I can understand a mistake, but this is consistent.

Someone close to me worked their entire life at the post office and I always respected what they did. But within this past year I'm so irritated by the lack of attention paid and care taken to packages I'm receiving that I'm writing this review. Now I live 25 min. From Evansville so our mail always goes thru here. And here is where they send it, not to my home or to a closer post office. No. They send it far away for a few more days only to have it return and then maybe send it to me. Everything now takes twice as long as ever before because it's not getting sorted appropriately nor scanned appropriately and its just a shame that this is what has happened to mail delivery. I appreciate hard work I do. But the lack of concern or apparently communication is simply unprofessional. It's happened multiple times now and I just miss the days when people actually worked hard for their paycheck.

It’s not hard to shut a mailbox. Seems like the Saturday mail person should slow down and respect peoples mailboxes more, not everybody can afford new mailboxes. I’ve already talk to a phone representative and Evansville supervisor once about it. Seems like it’s time to install a letter slot in my front door, delivery trucks just make people lazy anyway. Have a nice rest of your weekend and happy Halloween. MM
