It's ridiculous when you have an issue and can't talk to someone in person. Then I was directed to call a number instead, then the number is busy for hours, then you have to result in doing it online, and then the request you made was never sent.. once I can finally resolve said issue, I will ve taking my service elsewhere.

I was having a phone issue and went in there 30 minutes before they closed (which I hate doing) All 3 employees that were working tonight were very professional and kind. They all had amazing customer service skills and you could tell that they worked together well as a team. Nicole helped me and she was The Best! I would recommend this Verizon location to everyone.

Let me start with I have had Verizon for 9 years now, I bought a phone from this store 2 years ago and someone on my same account bought one about 4 months ago. I walked in they asked me for my phone number and told me that my phone number did not exist. I gave them my account number and they told me they could do nothing for me. I drove down the street to the store on Burkhart, (the stores are not affiliated with eachother) and Darren had me in and out of the store with a free upgrade in 45 minutes. If you want someone who knows what they are doing I highly suggest going to Burkhart not Green River.
