I can't express enough the apprication I have for the guys at the shop. They fixed my car up and did it with a smile. EVERYONE was so nice patient and went above and beyond to get my car fixed.
After this review I chose to use them for detailing the Owner was so accomidating to get me in as soon as possible because of circumstances(car stollen and trashed by theifs). I went to pick up and Donnie looked over everything with a fine tooth comb. They had a new person that day. I thought they did an amazing job the first time I didn't see anything wrong. Donnie seen things that didn't line to his standards cor the quality of work they produce so he had me bring it back the next day and he took care of it himself. Everything looked amazing. I love the pride that is taken in the work done here. I won't go else where they are worth every penny.

I have used VInnies twice. The first time was a 4/5 I was very pleased. The van I bought for our business was so bad and smelled. They did a great job. Missed some spots but overall I was pleased especially because it was much improved.
Today my experience wasn’t as good.
The van dropped off was a 2012 sienna. I drive 45 minutes one way to come to this business.
They said my van was done yesterday but I came this morning to get it. I paid. Then went out to inspect it-
I was sorely disappointed…. All back cup holders were still dirty and back storage compartments-
The pockets in the sliding doors still had trash and dirt. Front door pocket still dirty.
When I went back in the man assured me they would make it right. So I reluctantly left the van drove 45 min one way back north because I had a meeting. When I came back this afternoon…. Again I was so disappointed. Still the pockets in the van doors were dirty. This time I insisted the man at the desk come look at this. All vans have this slot in the door for storage!
He assured me he would give me a discount on our next detail…. We have a fleet of 8 vehicles but I’m not sure there will be a next time. 255$ later and three tries to still overlook something so simple….
“It’s all in the details” today that was not true for me.
If you choose to come here just be sure to inspect your vehicle closely before you leave.
Not sure I’ll try again.

Terrible experience purchasing from this place owners is a scam artist. drove 4 hrs to be sold a knocking engine from the owner Donnie who then proceeded to pretend he didn’t and ultimately blocked me 5k loss, see ya in court

We had used Vinnies in the past and they were great. Today proved otherwise for us. We showed up at 8 for our appointment the man greeted us and acted as though we did not have an appointment. He didn't give us an estimate after seeing the truck or a time line of how long it would take. He called us a little before 1 and we made sure to be on our way before they closed at 2, when he called us again and he said he has to leave to go to his daughter's party, and wanted us to pay over the phone (without even seeing our truck) we did not do so, but it was rude to call and rush us when we would get there within business hours. Upon seeing the truck he was attempting to rub off one of the many spots where the wax was obviously not done right on the truck. It was clear he rushed on this job, charged extra for dog hair removal yet I could still see various spots of dog hair. The mats weren't properly cleaned, the backseat underneath had plenty of dog hair and dirt where he never cleaned and the back of the console was obviously not even touched. Very disappointing for $350.

The people were cool but they didn't clean very good. I found a lot of dirty spots still and the parts that are supposed to to look shiny in the interior looked all foged up.
