It is very poor customer service to not be open on the weekends. There are a lot of people that can only make it to the pharmacy in weekends. I dont know if other walgreens follow this limited availability but davis lant dr is the worst when trying to pick up medications. Please reconsider changing the weekend hours to be open on weekends

CSR staff are always friendly and helpful but the pharmacist are the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with in any business environment. Are these people really that miserable in their positions? Do they find dealing with the public that difficult? They perhaps are in the wrong profession. Obviously another problem “Covid” left usmiserable pharmacist!

I was shorted a week's worth of my medication and essentially treated like I was drug seeking. If you're prescribed anything for ADHD and over the age of 18 use a difference pharmacy. I have had nothing but issues getting my medication filled and will never use this pharmacy again. No offers to check their stock or records or anything, so count your pills at the counter next time you get a script filled because trusting that pharmacist will cost you money with his carelessness and apathy.

Please learn how to direct the drive through to tell customers that require a lengthy wait to come inside so I don’t have to wait a half hour for my one minute check out. Stupid.

Everybody that I have dealt with in the store and in the pharmacy has been very helpful, very professional, knowledgeable, and overall makes me feel like I am a welcome customer. I really appreciate that type of service. The only issue that I have with this particular location is that they are closing the pharmacy at 7:00 PM Monday-Friday! I understood the need for that when we were at the height of the Covid situation, but now I think they could go back to their 10:00 PM closing time. That would be a lot more convenient for many people.

I guess they only keep one person working in the evenings?? I sat at the counter for almost 10 minutes waiting to check out. I actually had to search the store for an employee to check me out. I found a manager stocking the shelves and told him I needed to check out and he was rude about their being self check out. At first he wouldn't stop stocking to help me out. What I needed was behind the counter(nicotine gum) and I could not access it without his help. He was rude and impatient the whole time.

My prescription was called in by my MD in August. On October 25, I took my insurance card in & told them I would be back the next day to pick up my RX. I returned on Oct 30 & Rx not ready. They got it ready, then when I got ready to take it I found it expired in September!!! So I called & told them, talked to the pharmacist himself who said the Rx would be ready in 3 minutes. I went over an hour later & it still wasn't ready!! They were out & had to pick it up at a different store, but didn't bother to call me & tell me that. Had I gone in the 3 minutes he said, I would have had to wait almost an hour and a half. This is the first time I have used Walgreens in several years & now I know why. I will not return. Terrible service from multiple people & I expect more from a pharmacist who has a PhD

Pissed, I work next door to this location and it is very convenient to pick up snack and other things while on lunch. So I walk in and I am normally greeted by someone throughout the store. " No matter where they are they always acknowledge that someone has walked in and they are greeted" NO one around. I think Oh well and continue on to get some snacks and things and get back to work. I find a few items and an item on clearance that I was wanting. I get to the counter.... and no one..... a few minutes later still no one. So I left my items on the counter and walked. Now don't get me wrong. If I had seen someone busy and just not able to get to the counter I would totally understand. But I saw no employees whatsoever. Only people in the pharmacy area and a few other customers. Take this however you want. It just seemed like something else was more important than their customers. Which is wrong in this customers opinion. Guess I will be driving elsewhere for snacks.

They have about everything you need in a pinch. I go to Walgreens for cards, snacks, medicine, etc. You can find about anything here.

Easily accessible and more than one way to get out considering how busy Green River Rd can be.
