Taryn at the green river store was a horrible experience. Although I am family to one of the employees there who happened to be working at the time I came in, Taryn disrespected not only me but also my mother in law. She embarrassed her in front of several customers and made her feel awful. She told me that I couldn't check out with my MIL after the manager said it is allowed. After she got on to me, she proceeded to get on to my SIL who was speaking to HER mother about the job. Taryn is useless when it comes to her job because she doesn’t help with anything or know how to do her job. She leaves other employees stranded at the register when there’s a long line, gets mad when employees go to lunch or on break, etc. My heart shatters knowing that store is only ran and customers still come in with a good experience because of my mother in law.

Two people are running the front registers and only one is willing to work. The one that wanted to work is helping with someone on the floor and can’t get to me right away and the other one refuses to run a register. Terrible customer service and I won’t be back!

I have picked up my items from online order and the associate was very disrespectful just threw my items I paid for on top of the coke cooler I don’t know if she had a bad day but I will never turn again, I have never been treated like that if you hate your job just quit there are other jobs out there and plus my chips were crushed

Good-acceptable Customer service is a thing of the past. Another tatted broccoli hair kid with a “I can’t believe I have to earn my paycheck” attitude.

In this store, when they don't give you the points for the offers even though they are published and have the sign, they tell you to call customer service... I always ask, is your machine okay, they say yes and it's not true!!! the machine in the middle never prints. They know it but they still make you pay at that machine!! and some managers who I don't know how they became managers!! They don't know how their system works!! and they try to confuse you. It always stressed me out in this store!!

Terrible place. Always out of merchandise even though site says they have it. Rx used to be open 24 hours now close at 6:00 and closed on weekends. Who ever heard of such a thing?

I've always went to CVS I'm just now started going to Walgreens this was my first time going and I can say it was pretty fast I found what I needed and plus other products that I wasn't going there to get.

I went to buy some lotrimin and Motrin through the drive through (over the counter.) The first guy I spoke to asked for more clarification when I asked for lotrimin and I explained yeast, or like thrush (yeast.) I guess I didn’t think of the words ‘foot fungus’ or jock itch. A lady came to the window asking me to clarify if I meant lotrimin like the lotion. I explained it’s usually in a little tube, for yeast, or thrush (the last guy needed a few examples, which nothing is wrong with that but I was explaining what I was trying to buy.) She said do you mean like jock itch? And I said yes that is what I mean. She came back to the window and said she asked the pharmacist and he said no so they won’t be letting me buy that. Not sure when employees decided what kind of medicine the customers are allowed to buy but I regress… I’m sure they were trying to do the right thing, but they should probably just give people the over the counter they are asking to buy. I went somewhere else.

Don't trust the prescription times. I was told that mine would be ready by 11 am. Got here at 3:30 pm, it's 4:30 and I'm STILL waiting. There's no order or sense of reason as to how they're running this place. Will be going somewhere else next time.

Walgreens Tech's need to get the right information. For instance Heidi Turb is no longer in Evansville Indiana. We told them several times but they don't comprehend. They need to fill the right medication for people. The tech today was very rude to us

I know our insurance card works at Walgreens on south green river road. But a technician refused to check, or scan. She refused to do anything.
