19 yr tech has everyone waiting 20 minutes per car. Couldn't comprehend any instructions. Spent 15 minutes trying to something basic, dont think she ever got it. Brent the pharmacist was extremely rude. First said they were out of the medication. Then magically after leaving I get a text saying it's ready for pickup. I called to see how this happened and was told don't worry about if you want it then come and get it without disclosing he filled it with a substitute that insurance denied until I wasted a second trip there. Disgrace SMH

App wouldn't load photos for a project, so I went into store. Wow! Photo staff was so very helpful!! Although it took over 40 minutes to fix my issue, load photo I want, and create beautiful ornament, staff helped me every step!! Much better than Snapfish app. I will be using photo department at Walgreens much more in future!

pharmacy charged 146.12$ on my express card and my medicine was not in the bag due to negligence on staff there was no receipt and pharmacist was very rude walk away and said he could not help me. this is terrible I am 70 yrs old had 4 strokes, and now can not get my medicine I hope this never happens to any one else.this is also ins fraud.

Used to be my go to pharmacy for years where they ensured I would receive my medication in a timely manner. Even if they were busy, they were still polite, kind and addressed my concerns.
This pharmacy is quite the drive for me as well but it didn’t bother me because of how efficient and pleasant they were.
I have no idea what has happened in recent months but I’m definitely finding another pharmacy. Thought my situation might be a one-off but this seems to be the standard now.
Argumentative and constant delay in receiving medication. Communication between staff is unclear resulting in inaccurate information and time wasted. Pharmacist is rude and has attitude. Unwillingness to work with their patients or fill your prescribed medication.

Walgreens never disappoints me. It's where I regularly get my allergy and sinus headache meds. I always check their Oscar Meyer bacon prices when I'm in there. Every few weeks they put it on sale, 2 for a pretty good price...and if one store is out, another location will most likely have it. They usually have certain Walgreens labeled meds 2 fors at a good price too. Store employees are pleasant and professional, the store is almost always very clean, well stocked and plenty of parking including handicapped parking. I'll always be a regular customer there.

Always slow and argumentative. Never know when open or closed. This is very inconvenient. Rude most of the time.

This was my go to pharmacy for the last 3 years, but MAN things have gone downhill these past several months. Pharmacy is barely open anymore - first closing on weekends but now the past two days (Tuesday & Wednesday), it has been closed with no notice. It takes days to get a refill and then you have to wait until you happen to stumble upon a day they’re open. They obviously can’t keep staff for whatever reason. I’m transferring my prescriptions somewhere else. Get it together.

I was waiting in line to get my medication and since it was 1:30 when the person in front of me was done. They went ahead and closed even though I was in line waiting. It's not my fault that they were slow and couldn't get everybody seen. So now I have to come back all because they couldn't sell my medicine to me one minute after 1:30.

Main pharmacist very rude. Im a cancer patient in between treatments and denied filling my pain medication one day before the "due date" the pharmacy put on it, even though my cancer doctor called it in. Said he decides when to fill it not the doctor.
