The pharmacy is absolutely horrible at making sure prescriptions are filled in a timely manner. All prescriptions are never filled to the fullest. Pharmacy refuses to listen to customers. Worst experience ever.

My experience. My significant other scheduled us an appointment on Sunday April 25th 2021 to receive the Covid vaccination on Friday April 30th 2021. My appointment being at 5:40 pm and hers to be at 6:00 pm. We did the registration on our phones on April 27.On the day of the appointment We both walked up to the counter at 5:30pm. I went first being my appointment was at 5:40. I was given a paper with multiple questions and A pen. I sat at the nearest chair to complete the questionnaire as she walked up to confirm her appointment.She was denied the vaccine.The pharmacy attendant (Maui) claimed that they did not want to open another vial just to give her the first dose of vaccine. And to reschedule her appointment for Monday 3rd 2021.In my opinion This was handled wrong. Why did she not receive a call about being denied before making the trip to the store? More importantly, why was she denied the vaccine? If Covid is as dangerous as claimed to be then why would the pharmacy not open the vial to potentially save a life? Covid does not take weekends off. At this time, there is no shortage of the vaccine.If you have the ability to save a life just by opening up a vial then why wouldn’t you do it? Why wouldn’t you call her to cancel, when you called me at 6:20 pm to confirm my appointment? Unfortunately I was en route and the message happened to go straight to my voicemail..Just shocked on how this was handled. Has me questioning if it’s important or not important to get vaccinated to fight Covid.The shot was free. It did not cost anything. Why couldn’t she get one as well?If management sees this, feel free to contact me to better explain. I’m the meantime, I will be looking for a way to contact you about it so that you may better explain this experience to the both of us.

Don't use this pharmacy if u are taking care of an elderly family member. They gave an 86 yr old pain meds to someone else . After being on this medication for years she will have no dose for three and a half days.

Don't use the pharmacy if you are taking care of an elderly family member. Rx was sent 16th for the 26th . For 90 pills they only had 70. Missed their call and before we called back they gave the pills to other customers and didn't have the common sense to save a few pills for the original customer! A pill my 86 yr old Mother has been on for years . Now she can't get a does for 3 days

So what's the point of paying someone to keep track of the people coming in if they don't even pay attention?? On 8-19 I walk in there at 6:30 with about 5-10 people in front of me walking in. The guy "keeping count" literally was glued to his phone and didn't even bother to look up and count the people.. ha good job Walmart. When I walked out he was still on his phone and the number on the tablet was still the same. Yeah Walmart is taking COVID 19 serious

Some techs are friendly, most are lacking the customer service skills and tend to take others attitudes personal when it is not and they should know that already. Customers can’t get or take advantage what the rep won’t let them.

Went to this Walmart just to quickly pick up some makeup products not knowing the makeup stands are all locked up and are intented to have someone to open them for you. We waited 15 minutes while they even called for another person as well that wanted in another case and noone came. Seems like a good idea to prevent stealing but also is preventing your business. Maybe you should consider having someone close to the makeup stands. Not very effective and I wont be returning. You lost a $100 sale.

Store is always clean and well stocked! Very friendly staff! Great selection, even always having what I need, over Schnucks. Definitely my goto when I go grocery shopping!
