Everytime I come in they knows who I am I am taken care for as soon as I get there. These guys are fun to work with. They get in and out. Ashley and JanDan and Jamaica Williams are sweet hearts.

Was told to come back by a teller the next day to deposit a check because it was over their limit and he had to make a phone call for approval. He seemed inconvenienced by that fact and even started a personal conversation and cursed multiple times when calling another branch.I understand tellers have check limits, but it should not be an obstacle to get in contact with a manager for an approval.I returned two days later to make the deposit and waited in line for 15 minutes before deciding to complete my grocery shopping and try again afterwards. The man that was in front of my was still in line (30 min later), the line had not moved and had grown to a line of about 10 people.There was one teller working, opening an account…and this was on a Saturday.

Debra and Kayla were extraordinary. They took the time out and personally help me set up my mobile banking Avenue got my check cashed and cut a new card in a very timely manner everybody was very courteous worked in a timely manner and was overall just so nice one of the best experiences I’ve ever had banking in life thank you

I love the people & the bank, mostly. A few things I would change:1. Change website to show New COVID hours2. More help for the handicapped & elderly3. Need a drive-thru in at least 2 locations OR4. More ATM locations and add drive up abilities for easier access for the handicapped & elderly I’m tired of having to pay $3.50 for fees to atms for other banks/institutions. My mobility is an issue and so is my health now with COVID-19 threatening my lung issues also.

We had almost help with the most respectful employees today opening a checking account for the first time. They were patient and kind while helping with filling out paperwork and online banking.
