“I was quoted $110 for window tinting, but when the job was done, they charged me $180. The explanation given for the price hike was the 2 small windows in the front but we explained we wanted the front windows and the eyebrow for the windshield for the make and model of the vehicle. They said we were misquoted and it is what it is. The lack of transparency felt like a bait-and- switch. Very disappointing experience. I plan to post this on all social media platforms so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I’ve also called my contact at the dealership I was referred from and told them my experience and advised they shouldn’t refer any future clients.

Bought a new F-250 from D-Patrick Ford on a Friday morning. My salesman there (Kevin Woolsey) ran the truck over to Ztech that morning. By 3:30 that afternoon it was done getting new spray in bedliner. The guys at Ztech ran the truck back to Ford right then, so I could pick up the truck, that evening. Thank you for the great service and the product that makes my experience with Ztech #1. I'll be back Kevin Kendall

From the beginning the experience at Ztech was promising. The guy that normally works the front desk is kind and polite, but that's as far as the good part of the experience goes.
The services I received were the front windows tinted to match the back and a brow on the windshield. From the beginning, they did a rush job on my car, the brow was uneven and I had to request for them to redo it that day, which they did kindly oblige. The cut of the brow still wasn't the cleanest, but I told myself that I could live with it.
A week goes by and I notice that there is either a fold or rip in the tint on my passenger side window. I show them, we make an appointment to have it redone. A couple of more weeks go by, and I notice there are still several bubbles and kind of a squiggle line on the driver side window. I show them, they said they can fix it.
At this point it will be my 3rd time having them fix something on my tint. The passenger side still has bubbles here and there, and once again, I told myself I could live with it, but there was no way that I could deal with the cluster of bubbles on my driver side.
As they were fixing the driver side window I heard someone yell from the back "I don't care, I'm not fixing it"... well, clearly they could only be talking about my car. I can tell that they made an effort to fix the tint, but there is still a slight squiggle line, about 2 or 3 strands of hair under the tint, and I can tell that there will be more issues with bubbles in the future. At this point, I'm just going to bite the bullet and go somewhere else to have everything redone.

I’ve been to this business several times in the past to get audio work done & have always been pleased with their service. As of recently, my battery and alternator both started having problems. I had the battery replaced but unfortunately my alternator is going out too. I figured that was the problem, but I ran by Z tech to rule out the subs causing an issue and to have them double check the work on the wires running to the battery. I was in there all of 20 maybe 25 minutes from arrival to departure and was charged nearly $60. I have no problem paying for labor or services, but I do believe that $60 is a pretty outrageous number even in 2024 for them to have just double checked their work which took them 10 minutes in the garage. The staff are all really friendly, but friendly only goes so far and for this reason I will not be returning and will be working with other businesses who don’t take advantage of their customers especially returning customers that would refer other people to their business.

Friendly fast and courteous service. They do excellent work and if there should be an issue (I had one) they will make it right with the same friendly fast and courteous service that will keep you as a customer and you will refer your friends.

Sent my wifes car down there for some custom audio equipment to be installed. I had a few issues, none of my issues were with their installation, but instead with the radio manufacturer. I called down and they quickly got me back in and even took care of a few other minor issues I had with the vehicle. Mike, John, Bill and everyone down there are truly some of the easiest guys to work with! If you are reading this and have any doubts of the quality of their work or their customer service. Take it from me. You will not be disappointed in the slightest!
