“Unfortunately was in a car accident over Easter weekend (not my fault and no injuries - so that's a positive!). On Monday, Twin City immediately got my car in and began the repairs. Everything was completed in exactly two weeks. You would never know that it had been in an accident. What impressed me most about Twin City is the level of communication. They keep you informed throughout the whole process. I hope to never be in an accident again, but I wouldn't hesitate to choose Twin City if it does happen.”
“Last week my wife and I were going to Indianapolis for my annual liver transplant follow up and while we were on the interstate the serpentine belt broke. I was able to get it into the Autozone parking lot where it died. That is where we figured out that the alternator went out and that is what broke the belt. Later we found that the belt breaking broke the tensioner off as well. Thankfully they had all of the tools and parts that we needed. Chris helped us figure out everything that we needed and came out to check on us several times to see if we needed anything else. This is the first repair job that I have had to do since my liver transplant. Thankfully my wife is very mechanically inclined and did everything she could. Chris gave us the direction that we needed. Everyone was absolutely wonderful to us and we really appreciate all of the parts being in stock and the knowledge provided. We were in and out in 1.5 hours. Thank you!”

“My brother and I came here to get a battery for his car. Brian put the battery in but it still didn’t fire the car up. After diligently working on trying to figure out the issue for about an hour in the or so in the heat, he called his GM for assistance. They advised that they would get the car towed thinking that it was a lost cause. We would have accepted that, however after some more tinkering Brian happened to see a cord that wasn’t hooked back in. Once he did that it fired right up. We appreciate the extra mile that Brian showed in making sure we were taken care of. Please acknowledge him !”

“Live 10 mins down the road from them and have known Van, Patty, and Curt for years. My brother in law Kent grew up with Curt and Ive always enjoyed going up there and checking out the 3000+hp engines they have in the shop. Theyve always took good care of us when weve brought our trucks in for engine rebuilds, head work, etc. They did a great job on my last truck I had up there around 8 years ago and I will be bringing an engine up there in the next few days for machine work. Great place to do business with and Patty is always a sweet heart.”
