Sergey of Fox Appliance Repairs was the most responsive of local appliance repair companies. He answered at 7 p.m. and scheduled early next morning. He assessed both the washer and dryer and had his technician back with the parts by 10:15. All repairs complete and running good as new in a short time. I highly recommend Fox!

This is twice now Whirlpool has reached out to make an appointment with them regarding a front load washer that won’t drain and they don’t show up. I called after the 4 hour window passed and their excuse was that their printer wasn’t working so the technician didn’t see the jobs. I don’t think they had any intention of showing up in the first place after reading the rest of these reviews. When you call and talk to their staff both Casey and Jodi are extremely rude and don’t take your concerns seriously. I was supposed to receive a call from Jodi the owner yesterday and conveniently never did. Her sorry excuse today was that she reached out to Whirlpool and let them know, but when I called Whirlpool they had no record of that. I also believe that you should let the customer know instead of me just waiting around for four hours. I wouldn’t recommend this business to my worst enemy, and I definitely wouldn’t expect customer service nor kindness from Jodi because she simply doesn’t care about her business. Furthermore, I had set up an appointment last June and they never showed up, but according to Whirlpool they were billed for it. Not only is this business extremely unprofessional, they’re committing fraud too. Good luck to anyone who goes through Fox Appliance, you’ll be left disappointed too!

I HIGHLY recommend Fox Appliance! They have made multiple repairs on a variety of appliances for us over the years. They have always done a great job. Our favorite repairman is named Joey. He is a really nice guy and he knows what he is doing. I would request him if you can!

Highly recommend them. Days before Thanksgiving our very old oven went out . Casey went to work looking on the computer for a part. Since is was so old she looked through some parts they had there and was able to get us up going again…saving our Thanksgiving

I highly recommend Fox Appliance. They have gone above and beyond to help my elderly parents in Elwood. After finding out my parents needed help cleaning up a flood from their broken washing machine from her repairman, the owner went herself and cleaned up the mess. With no family living nearby and my 91 year old mother desperately trying to hire someone to help with no luck this act of kindness was truly amazing!!!

Horrible Service. They cancelled multiple appointments with us with no notice. Lied saying we didn't answer the techs call, but we did. The tech kept changing the time from 11am, then to 3pm, then didn't show at all. When they didn't show up, called the office and they said "we" cancelled. They refused to reschedule or give us any details/proof they had. Forced us to call GE back saying since they had a hard time with our company last year, they didn't want to help us. Explained new management and we were responsive with them all day. They would not help us. On the phone with GE, and Fox wouldn't answer for GE either.

Came out to fix my dryer that was making a noise on xmas eve morning. Now it sounds even worse than it did before i called anyone. Can't wait to have em back to fix it again.

Put a a screw in the wire that holds the wash boot in place so that way it would put a hole in it. Job security at its finest

Wonderful place! We got a high efficiency washer and dryer in fantastic condition for like a tenth of what we would have paid at Lowe's or Home Depot. They also delivered and installed both for TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS!! Which is amazing! Most places charge you $100 or more just for delivery. They have electric and gas appliances, both new and used, and they're all very clean and in good condition. 10/10 would visit again!
