Disappointed with Pricing and Customer Service
I've visited this store three times, and unfortunately, I've noticed consistent overcharging. Each time I've brought it to their attention, the response has been less than friendly. Additionally, since the change in ownership, prices have noticeably increased. For example, I was charged $22 for a 12-pack of Modelo cans today, which seems excessive.
On top of that, the strong incense smell upon entering the store was overwhelming. I really wanted to support this business, but the pricing and customer service make it difficult to return. I hope they address these concerns.

Looks like they changed their hours, showed up at 10:15 and the guy was walking away from the register with the cash drawer in his hand. He mouthed the words “were closed” yeah no kidding. The door is locked. The question is why did you close early or have the hours changed? In case the management doesn’t know your cashier was locked up and gone at 1015 Tuesday the 30th myself and another woman were turned away. Have your hours changed, or did your cashier just elect to leave early? if so, why? Towne Spirits, at the Shell across from Hamilton towne center, seems to honor their published hours till 11PM.

Cashier was very helpful in assisting me in what I needed to find. Very clean kept store overall. Prices range from a large variety, but you can find surprisingly low priced beverages there that are still good quality. Parking is ok for the most part.
