Caliber Collusion did a fantastic job of repair on my SUV! They were so helpful, kept me informed weekly and I could not believe the quality of the work they did on my vehicle! Two of the driver side doors had to be replaced and painted. Their work is the best I’ve ever seen! It is perfect! Thank you for being so good at what you do!

There’s a reason Caliber Collision has such a high reputation. While they are a big brand name they hold high morals and values. If you go to the location in Fishers ask for Asia! She will make sure that you get the best deal possible and will explain everything in detail so you know you aren’t getting taken advantage of. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have used this Caliber Collision location to repair my vehicle twice, everything came out amazing both times. Kelsea is amazing, she very professional and extremely knowledgeable of vehicles, she explained the process of the repair, insurance process, etc. well and kept me informed. The same goes for the receptionist Amber. I'm also very satisfied with the work completed on my vehicle from both incidents.
The first incident was very minor damage that occurred in the Car Wash, but the second time around a large flying object struck my vehicle while I was driving on the interstate and needed more serious repairs. The front end and the entire drives side of my vehicle was damaged and needed repairs. The paint matches perfectly, my vehicle was 100% returned to me and it's pre-loss condition. I will always recommend and use this caliber collision location for bodywork!

Caliber Collision was great! My Honda Civic looks brand new and everyone was extremely helpful and perfessional. Caleb kept me informed all the way through my repair process. Dan helped me when my vehicle was towed in and when I picked up. I even talked to the GM Kelsea and she was helpful also. I highly recommend this shop! They really know what they are doing and they have great customer service! MY HONDA LOOKS FANTASTIC!!!!

Do not take your car here. This place is incapable of even the most basic quality control measures. I had the passenger door and quarter panel replaced which required my convertible top to be removed from the vehicle. The top was removed and reinstalled by the BMW dealership. Caliber neglected to check and see if the convertible top still worked after receiving it back from the dealership. I received my convertible back with a top that no longer worked. I wasn't even able to function check the convertible top before leaving with my car because Caliber waited to tint my window they replaced until hours before I picked up the vehicle. The convertible top cannot go down without first rolling all of the windows down and I couldn't roll one of my windows down until two days after I picked up my vehicle. Imagine my surprise when I went to put my top down and it didn't go down. The whole repair process was chalked full of unnecessary delays caused by Caliber inexperience and lack of required tools to work on a BMW. Instead of informing me from day one when I dropped my vehicle off that they were not equipped to repair my car they decided to attempt to repair it anyways which caused a number of delays along with the issue of my convertible top not working. If you love your car then stay away from this place. The lack luster communication during the repair process was also incredibly poor which resulted in me having to take the initiative to make phone calls in an effort to ascertain the status of the repairs on my vehicle. I do not recommend this place and will never entrust my vehicle to this place again.

Process was faster than expected which I always appreciate with my tight schedule. Asia was fantastic on answering any questions related to the pre appt. and post appt. . The communication at this location, whether its phone or email, was fantastic and prompt!
