My father is currently there now. So far so good. All staff members are polite. Food looks good. Tons of activities for the residents to do. Also my wife won a beautiful prize basket

My mother is a resident and has felt very safe and and secure during her stay. She has made significant physical improvement working with the therapy team at the facility. The nursing staff and support services provided have been great and the social services department was extremely helpful and prolonging my mom's stay and physical recovery.

My Mom was here for physical therapy after a fall. I was very impressed with the care, but more important, the care and treatment she received exceeded expectations. Huge kudos to Korey! The facility was clean, staff was attentive, and mom is back home. Can’t thank them enough.

Hannah Sparks, the Director of Marketing and Admissions really helped my family and I feel comfortable when my family member was in rehab here some time ago. Definitely recommend, she helped us feel so cared for and at ease.

RUN!! Do not let your loved one go here. DO NOT.
Go anywhere else but here. The administrators are not knowledgeable, not helpful in anyway and take no accountability for their mismanagement of basic things, like medical records. They are not recording or reporting the correct information to the insurance companies and providing inconsistent health updates. This has caused our loved one to be discharged in a worse condition than when they went in.
The case worker seems to be more concerned with the company than with the patient. There does not seem to be any care for the well-being of the patient. Just DO NOT go here!!!

My husband spent 4 weeks at Allisonville Meadows. He liked it so much he didn't want to go home. The place is clean and the staff is wonderful. After being at a couple other rehabs in Indy, this was the best one so far.

That business office manager really knows his stuff! He answered all my questions before I could even ask them. He keeps me up-to-date on all my mom's insurance and financial needs. He's great with my mom she thinks he's the bee's knees. I see a raise in his future!!

This is another one of the worst nursing home. Do not send your love one here. These people don’t clean the rooms. My brother was here. I knew because the same crackers stayed on the floor for four days. He couldn’t walk so they made him wear pampers. He would have it on all day. They wouldn’t clean the rooms This place stay open 24 hours they buzz the door and let anyone in without coming to the door. short staffed The lights be going on outside the patience rooms doors, people needing assistance we buzzed for the nurse it was a hour before she came and they ignore them. every time I went out there. I noticed it and I was out there on a regular base. I told one of the young ladies you’ve been playing on your phone and these people have buzz for some assistance. One of the nurses came in with a pill my mom say what is that you given him she said Tylenol few minutes later she came back with another pill. My mother said what is that she said sleeping pill I told her he do too much of that already why you giving him a sleeping pill , she said he said he had a headache and he can’t breathe. I told her to repeat that make it make sense to me. You sound like a fool why would you give a person who can’t breathe a sleeping pill I have walked outside to my car and came back in and you still sitting there playing on the phone, my brother has to have a shot every three months they lied like they had given him the shot when I noticed his behavior I called the doctor. She said he was due for a shot, but he haven’t had one in six months so the three months that he was there, they never did give him a shot, I met another young lady. Her brother was across the hall from mine. He had dementia. He found him on the floor when she came to visit. They told her they had to rush for another call so they forgot it was their fault, but he was in a position. He couldn’t get himself up so what if she had not came to visit? How long would they’ve him stay there , laying on the floor and she was visiting from California. Her husband went to visit same thing he was on the floor. They told him to please not tell his wife because it was her brother. I wouldn’t recommend this place to. Nobody not even for them to keep their dog , my brother was supposed to have physical therapy. Never got it so I asked them he’s mental. What is you’ll problem then they tell us we can’t make him do it and never did notify us and let us know that he wasn’t exercising, but they didn’t hesitate getting the money because they were getting paid by the state his clothes got stolen all the nice jogging suits my mother bought for him what a dump.
