Andrew is the most professional and encouraging PT I have ever had help me get my life back. I cannot say enough good things about him and the environment. Aspen is simply put a fabulous therapist. With a serious shoulder injury, I was worried I'd never get to normal. In just a couple weeks I've already seen amazing results. Highly recommended.

I've had bad experiences with physical therapy in the past and I was really hoping I would find someone who didn't prescribe a cookie cutter plan that would only address the pain instead of fixing the root issue. Adam was EXACTLY what I had hoped to find and more! He was immediately concerned with fixing what caused my issue and because of this, my pain left much faster than the "band-aids" fixes (like heat, stem machine, stretch, ice, bye) ever did for my injuries. Also absolutely loved that he was concerned with correcting movement patterns to keep my injury-free in the future too. Can't say enough good things! Forever thankful for the recommendation someone gave me to go see Adam with ATI and I will forever be recommending everyone go see him!!

My daughter and I both had physical therapy at this location. We both had great experiences with the staff and the PT, Adam. Adams is kind, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and responsive. He always responded to my emails and was available to answer questions after my daughter finished PT. If we ever need PT again, we will definitely choose this location.

I’m so grateful for Adam Kays at ATI. I’ve seen a big difference in how my body moves and feels after back surgery. His combination of dry needling and pt has helped facilitate major changes for me.He understands how busy life can get and helped me to come up with a treatment plan to help me manage my current symptoms and to create better habits for the future.

Instead of just saying, "5 stars! It's great!" I thought I would spell out my 5 star review. Here are 5 reasons why you need to make Adam Kays your Physical Therapist!1. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable! How do I know that? I broke my neck in 2005. After years of intense pain and seeking medical treatment, I was referred to a world-renowned Physical Therapist near Vancouver, Canada. He sees the worst of the worst patients from all over the world. He also instructs Physical Therapists across North America in continuing education courses. This PT was, up to that point, the only one who helped me. When I moved to Indiana, I found out that not only does my PT from Canada know Adam, but Adam has taken many courses from him and continues to do so! Seeing these two Physical Therapists is like having a mirror image of one doctor. They treat using the same techniques and take the same approach to my care.2. Adam is very driven. All day long, week in and week out, he works very hard for every single patient to get them feeling their best. He does it all with a smile on his face.3. He hires great staff! Adam, John, and Taylor are all there for you 100% of the time. If you need anything, they immediately jump to fill the need. They are all so friendly and kind!4. Adam is the MVP, best doc you'll find. He figured out what was wrong with me in 20 minutes after years of multiple doctors being clueless. Western medicine slaps on a diagnosis and gives you meds to bandaid the problem. Adam takes the time to find out what the real problem is and he truly cares about every patient. He's the only doctor I trust and I am forever grateful for everything he's done for me. This clinic is fortunate to have him. It doesn't get better than him. You'll be amazed at what he knows and how hard he works to help people get healthier and find healing. Best pt ever.

I had been dealing with golfers elbow for over 2 years and couldn't get any real relief. Adam Kays was recommended by a friend who saw him for PT and had a great experience so I called and made an appointment with him. Adam was amazing! He was so full of knowledge and kindness. The genuine care he has for his clients is obvious. He wants nothing more than to help people live their best lives. I would not hesitate in recommending Adam to anyone I know. Hopefully I never need PT again but if something arises, I will be back. It is so great to have my elbow back and to be able to enjoy so many things I was missing out on before. Thank you Adam! I suffered with chronic hip pain for 7 years. Diagnosed as minute tears in tendons. After years of treatment (injections, oral prednisone, physical therapy, electrodes placed in the hip, and cane walking) I was ready to give up any hope of a life without debilitating pain. I moved to Indiana from the south and my new doctor convinced me to try PT again. I had no faith in it working. Adam Kays was recommended to me by other very satisfied patients. Adam has been a true miracle worker for me. We worked together for a month before the Covid hit. I did my exercises for two months at home and now have been back with Adam for a month. He has used dry needle for several weeks now and many other exercises. I have many pain free days!! I had truly given up hope and now I have Adam Kays working miracles with me. He is truly an answer to my prayers.

I am 84 years young. In March 3920 I fell hard on concrete pavement and broke my left shoulder. There ensued 3 months of pain and difficulty performing the activities of daily living. Quarantining was in effect because of the panendemic, and many Physical Therapy practices had simply closed their doors.I was blessed to find Adam Kays at ATI in Fishers.His skill and professionalism and gentle spirit gave me hope. Now I can swim again and ride my tricycle. I am o grateful tobA oda m for his kindness and supportive care.
