“I cannot say enough good things about Kelsey in the office. Our home owners insurance company was pulling out of the state entirely so I was on the hunt for a new policy much to my dismay. I had a lot of mistrust when it comes to being covered properly so naturally I come with 1000 questions to which Kelsey had all the right answers to. Kelsey was patient, calm and extremely knowledge about the policy as a whole. By switching I even SAVED money on my new SF policy. They not only got my business for my home, but my auto and ring as well. Did I mention that I had to get all this done and over to my mortgage company in less than 24 hours before my former policy lapsed? She even worked to get the proofs over to my mortgage company immediately in all this. I cannot say enough good things about this team, especially Kelsey.”
