Man I don’t even know where to begin.
First off, they were selling a truck that wasn’t even ready. Had a cracked windshield, bad battery and rattling. Made the trip and couldn’t have bought that day even if I wanted to.
I came back a few days later and after getting through the details, noticed a random $1000 additional fee to add a completely unnecessary, unwanted and apparently unremovable remote vehicle monitoring system not discussed before it was snuck into the total. Absolute false advertising.
Not to mention, had to make an additional 40 minute drive to even pick up my vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, it was filthy and had no gas to add insult to injury. To be fair to Angelo, he tried his best to make it right, which I appreciated. Even still, it was rough.
Overall, the worst experience buying a vehicle I have ever had. Not to mention, there were things that we were told that were absolutely not true. It seems like there was no proper communication on anything throughout the buying process to both us and with each other.
Just terrible.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new 2024 Subaru Forester at Fishers. The process was smooth and stress-free, mostly thanks to Jaylan, who was remarkably helpful throughout the journey. He made sure I felt comfortable with the features and terms before making any decisions. What really impressed me was the easy-going environment at the dealership, which made it a truly pleasant experience. Purchasing my 2023 Subaru WRX at Fishers was very low pressure, thanks to the helpfulness of Gage. Right from the start, he was attentive, answering all my questions with real clarity which made the decision-making process as smooth as one could hope for. He should be commended for his bravery during the test drive as I had not driven a manual transmission car in years. Totally unflappable. :-) Loved the relaxed atmosphere of the dealership, where I never felt rushed. I felt like Gage genuinely cared about fitting me into the right car rather than just making a sale. If you're looking for a no-hassle car buying experience in Fishers, I'd definitely recommend dropping by and asking for Gage. Also, financing through one of their affiliated lending partners was quick and easy and I got a better rate than I would have through my bank.

Angelo was very helpful and informative on the vehicles I was researching. Definitely one of the more upfront salesman I've ever worked with. I highly recommend if you need a vehicle from them to let him guide you through your purchase.

Update- I've been waiting for a reply on several problems for a week now. A series of no replies followed by we'll get to you. The only thing that gets traction as a negative review here.
Garbage. They're really helpful until they get a signature from you. Then it's broken promise after broken promise. Don't believe any ship dates they promise you.

Majority of these reviews have to be fake.
Yet again having issues. Read this review before you show up at this dealership. These people sold me a car full of junkyard parts. THE JUNKYYARD PARTS VOID THE WARRANTY THEY SELL YOU.

CAR HAD JUNKYARD COMPRESSOR IN IT, VOIDED WARRANTY AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO RIGHT THE SITUATION
Update - 2 months after last issue I’m being told that my car is not safe to drive after dropping off for routine tire change. Dropped it off at a shop to have them figure it out but I was clearly sold a piece of junk by these scum bags . Im guessing the warranty I was sold on won’t cover this one either .
3 weeks later I’m being told car is unsafe to drive due to alignment . Sold me a broken car with a warranty that isn’t covering anything .
AC stopped working year in, thought no biggie. Per the pic below of my conversation with Auto Savy I was "assured" it was covered. Turns out the car had junkyard parts in it. Was basically told tough luck originally. The warranty they sold me on that covered "everything" did not cover repairs due to the junkyard parts causing the problems. I started out calling over and simply asking for them to cover repairs. They said it was denied. I then left a poor review and received a call from the finance guy essentially calling me a "keyboard warrior". They agreed to pay for half if I removed that review. Took 2 months for them to send me a check. Now that I've gotten half of what I deserve I'm reposting. This place is shady and took the bare minimum on accountability. And that was only due to my original review. The "thorough" inspections that I was told all their cars go through before being put on the lot obviously don't exist. I'm sure I'll have more problems with this vehicle based on my first year and a half of owning it.
The only helpful person at this company that I spoke to was Cece. But she is a customer service rep at a Texas location.
EDIT (response to owner reply): I tried multiple times to . The right thing to do is fully refund that repair. Feel free to give ME a call if you guys would like to do the right thing.
